Took junior/senior class trip. Unfriendly, did not keep pizza supplied, no cups. Hard to find someone to take orders.

This was the worst visit ever ,we had purchase a card with 50 dollars at the kiosk machine but we had to get a refund due to we had to leave to somewhere else . I went to the front desk and ask for a refund Alex the cashier for the manager for help. But when the manager vitt came he stated that they were unable to give a refund if you purchase thru the kiosk machine he said it says no refund before you purchased in the kiosk machine , well I went to check to see if it was true but it wasn’t he gave me wrong information about that. The other staff was laughing at me and my family due to the one that purchase this card was my mother and she doesn’t know English and I was translating. They were racist to us and that is wrong of them I have never experienced that. I would never come here at all I had my kids with me and they were just laughing at us. Don’t go there at all. And on top of everything the no refund sign is in the game card after it comes out of the machine ridiculous at all.

This place isn’t what it once was. They no longer have movies for kids and their games has changed as well, definitely not a place for kids unless ur just looking for pizza and over priced games that u won’t be able to afford many of. Definitely won’t be back. Spent $80 dollars for nothing

it’s so dead now. i went yesterday for eid and the main buying spot was even closed, the buffet is still closed because of “covid” (it’s been 4 years) and there was barley anyone . to top it all of i didn’t even realize the card i bought didn’t allow you to get prizes…?? and the pizza that came with it was super small. what happened? it used to be filled and super fun, my childhood place is gone . they should go back to opening the buffet for free and decrease the price of the gamecards so maybe there will be more people like before. y’all setting your self up for failure

Laser tag didn’t work for one of us, had to go find workers to let us into every attraction. Just wasn’t that great.

I'm so sad, they no longer do the hourly or 3 hours or the specials on Tuesday. We definitely won't be going back considering when you're a big family, these discounts really helps now it's way more expensive. Higher price for the same games ,go to round 1 they have $8 arcade for 1 hour✌✌✌✌✌✌✌

For how massive this location is, there is not a lot to do. The kids were bored within an hour. During laser tag, some girls had snuck in, so it was a ton of staff walking around and turning on lights so the experience itself was lame. They didn't even offer to let us go again. There was no group after us, and the opportunity to correct the issue was there. The arcade games are newer but the place is old and dirty looking. We weren't impressed, and won't be going back.

This place is humongous I'm in a spacious it has three different areas you can go into definitely it's not overcrowded I mean if you looking something to do with kids this is a place to go you there's so much priorities of games and all kinds of stuff definitely a plus
Great activity center. It wasn't very crowded and one of the activity areas wasn't staffed (climbing wall), so we couldn't use it. The kids had fun and there is plenty to do. Prices are moderate.

2/10/24 - The place is decent Carl was amazing and very professional but the other staff members need some training. The lady working the bar was pleasant to me but lack’s management skills. The way she spoke to the workers was very inappropriate and disrespectful. There was also an attendant blowing his nose behind the bar and didn’t wash his hands. The drinks were definitely weak.
