So, I'm up in the area sometimes for business and I saw this being built. Opened recently so went to check out the pasta. You can order one of four types on the menu board, or build your own. I'm lazy, I went for the Pasta Diavolo, (spicy sauce) you have a choice of penne or spaghetti, I went with spaghetti. Tomato's, green onion, and parmesan cheese. You can add on a meat to it, but I just got the pasta alone. I added a parmesan piada stick cause it looked good and I love bread. Little concerned when I noticed both pastas just sitting in an open holding urn type thing on the prep line. Worried it might be a little dried out. But when they put it together, it was pasta first, then covered with sauce, then added other items. They didn't toss it, just covered and served. Got mine to go, and when I opened it I noticed that the sauce probably, (or maybe?) had helped to remoisten and warm it some. Anyway, it was tender and warm when I tried it. ...and it was good stuff. I kinda like the simple amount of ingredients. Not overdone with tons of things clashing with each other. The parmesan stick was a long narrow hunk of bread with melted cheese inside. Not much cheese in each end, but plenty in the middle. It was good, but at $3.49 I don't think it was that great a value. Probably gonna try the lobster bisque next time. Anyway, two sizes pasta, small and regular, I got the regular for $10.99 and I think it was a pretty good deal. With the bread stick it came out about $15 or so total. Seemed pretty reasonable to me. I can say that I will probably be going back occasionally when I'm in the area.

I’ve been here twice and I will be back regularly. This place has absolutely AMAZING food. And the service is TOP TIER!! They have the best most caring people who will always make sure you are taken care of. They are friendly and give you the energy and attention of a family owned local business while providing the atmosphere of a brand new uppity restaurant and the quality of food to match. It’s a new favorite for me since moving to the area and I always leave there feeling better than I walk in.To the employees- keep doing exactly what you’re doing. And thank you for great service and a sense of community.

NASTY. I picked up an order from some rude person at the window who demanded my name and just handed me a bag and shut the window. The paper bag sporty greasy fingerprint marks was my first clue this wasn't going to be a quality meal. $40 wasted later. We won't be back. Ever. Just disgusting, nothing seemed fresh. We tried the vegetarian power bowl, cheesy bread (tasted like fish), and pasta with steak pieces placed on top (resembling dog food). I'm going to bet any positive reviews for this place are fake.

Prices are very high for the quality (is poor),food, small menu.. service is okay... for a moment I thought I was in Chipotle... restaurant decorations look 99% Chipotle.... when I saw the comercial on social media, I was looking fantastic, when I came??.... I know is "street food", but this could be more creative...

Downloaded app, 1st time trying the food. Signing up saved me $5. Got a coupon.Ordered carbonara and double salmon w/blackberry lemonade. Enough for 2 meals. The service when I picked up at the window was meh.....and she didn't give me my drink. She closed the door. I thought she was coming back. Waved another person down and they gave me my drink. The guy who served me was friendly. The drink is so delicious. Definitely will be back for that again

Food is good. A bit on the expensive side though for the quantity.

The piada rolls and calamari and peppers were good, but the basil pesto with Italian sausage was subpar. Their Alfredo (which most dishes has in it) is far from real Alfredo and probably made with milk. Honestly frozen Marie calendars alfredo meals are better. The basil pesto was also lacking. On top of that the whole pasta dish is lukewarm / cold (the meats / veggies were cold). The temperature degrades the entire dishes potential.I will still be back to try more, but not sure I can get over the cold dishes/ingredients meant to be served hot.

Came here with a group of five and the chef/manager came out to greet us and give us some suggestions on the menu. He was so kind and helpful the food he suggested The Carbonara Piada was phenomenal! Unfortunately, it’s only available through online purchases. He told us if we asked for it, he would make it for us and by making our experience known, they might add it to the menu. As we were leaving, he hooked us up with some epic cannoli chips. Absolutely phenomenal experience. Food was not heavy and made me craving for the next time I visit this fantastic location.Parking: Plenty of parking a ton of customers pick up for carry out so plenty of spots opening up frequently.

I’ve had good visits before but these last two weren’t great. On the last one it was an online order and my drink was missing. On this last one (ask so online) I remembered to ask for the drink otherwise it would have been missing again. But also on the side salads you can choose up to 2 dressings so i chose the creamy Parmesan and left a note to also add spicy ranch but there was no dressing at all in the salad or on the side. I still ate it bc that’s what I took to work for lunch and as I was eating it I found a piece of plastic.

Food is great and usually the service is good, I’ve been here multiple times, but I had a bad experience today with a girl working there.I work in the food industry too, but she just was so rude the entire time from the start. Getting my order wrong many times when I kept saying what I wanted. “Carbonara no pancetta”, she adds pancetta. “Both regular spaghetti”, she made one penne and one spaghetti. I had to correct her each time. To top it off, I was checking out and a new employee didn’t know to add the student discount. She came over and said there’s no student discount at this time, it was 3:30 on a Sunday and the sign said so. There was another issue, but thankfully somebody else fixed it.I usually have a good experience with this place, but this interaction soured it a bit.
