It seemed all hands were getting orders for the drive through but 4 workers cut the drive through seemed to be a lot. One the managers Jennifer who was supposed to be in front rarely was there. I was second in line to order food and it took over 15 minutes. While the other manager took all the time in the world to get orders together. The worker Luis can been seen eating food as clear as day behind the counter. We finally ordered our food and the soda was not carbonated. It was straight syrup. Got food after 30 minute and it was the driest food I have ever seen from Popeyes. I asked the other manager a question and she did not understand English so she could not answer my question. Was not offered any sauces or even butter to go on the biscuit. When I asked a question she did not understand me at all. I have seen Popeyes with the same number of staff work 10 times faster. Whoever owns this store either needs to have more training done in it or get new staff. Out of the 5 staff only 1.5 were working.

Pathetic service, the staff was not courteous at all. The person who was packing my order forgot one whole sandwich. When I told the lady, no sorry, no smile. Oh my god. If the staff is so tired, hire new staff or give them a break. He filled the coke with ice when I asked him to give me without ice, he made a face.
I watched this location being built and wanted to try but was deterred by bad remarks. Today I decided to give it a try to see for myself and I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the food online, waited a few minutes then headed that way. The drive thru was blown out completely blown out so I went inside and was greeted quickly and friendly. They hadn't made my order yet so I watched as they did this and once it was done I left. The chicken was hot and juicy with a good crispy crunch to it. Although the Mac and cheese wasn't to my liking. I would definitely recommend this location for a meal or snack and I will definitely be visiting again.

I wanted to try the fish sandwich. When I ordered, I asked the cashier(Saul) could they make it fresh and he said yes. So I watched employee (Elizabeth) make the sandwich. She pulled the fish out of the bin it was sitting in(IDK how long its been there but it wasn't made fresh). Saul went to tell her t make it fresh. I'm watching her roll her eyes suck her teeth, get an attitude and made a rude comment. Like how hard is it for her to do her job. What if it was her ordering food. She was rude. I told Saul at that point I didn't like her unprofessional attitude and I wanted my money back. So I got my money back and left.
I went through the drive thru. I ordered tenders and they had to charge me for a side of gravy because the gravy is extra but they could give me a sauce. Definitely ordered a random sauce I didn’t want just to prove a point. How are they going to charge 2.99 for gravy but give me sauce for free??? Popeyes, do

We ordered the 5-Piece Chicken Tenders Combo w/ Fries and a side of Mashed Potatoes at the drive-thru window. The food was tasty and the mashed potatoes had a mild spicy flavor.We used a coupon at the drive-thru and he asked for the coupon code. I gave him the coupon code for the tenders (not bone-in). When I got to the window, I gave him the coupon and he looked confused after checking out the coupon. He said I gave him the wrong coupon code. I read the exact number on the coupon with the tenders. Not sure what happened with the code. But, we got the meal we ordered.
