Incredibly disappointed in the lack of human decency of this place. Me and my friend ordered two drinks and unfortunately my friend got sick in the bathroom(unrelated to the drinks). I asked the girl in the front for a cup of water and she refused to give me one without paying 92 cents. I told her it was for my friend getting sick and this is when she told me “if I give you this cup of water, management will see on the cameras and I will get in trouble”. I gave in and bought the water. I could not believe the callous and uncaring attitude this person had. If management is seriously not allowing them to give out a small cup of water when a person’s health is concerned, then they should work elsewhere and management should be ashamed of themselves. Please change this policy for future customers(couldn’t be me). Thank you for your time.

Went here today for the first time. I ordered the Thai tea ice blended w/boba and a mango green tea for my daughter. After I ordered, I feared my drink might be slushy but I was wrong. It was creamy and fantastic. They were very generous with the boba also. My daughter liked her drink too. I have been to many boba places in HEB and either the quality or price disappoints. But the prices at Sharetea are good. The cups are large. Also, the staff were young but still professional, friendly and informative (we had questions) even 30 minutes before closing time. Thankfully this location is very convenient for us. This is my go-to boba tea place now.Parking: There is street parking but also a large parking garage.

Our to go place for boba. We love coming here and trying new drinks every time. They have a wide variety of teas and slushies, and you can have boba or jellies added to it. My favorite is lychee jelly. The best part is that you can regulate sweetness level - I cannot have too much sugar so I always do 50% sweet or even less.

HEALTH CODE VIOLATIONS!!! RUDE STAFFGo to Kung Fu Tea (5 mins away). Always friendly staff and clean store.After waiting awhile found staff member squatted on floor playing with their phone. Placed order and rest of the staff came out of back annoyed they had to work.Watched male staff member used bottom of blender to level out the three Taro drinks, and since I did not want whatever was on the counters and grease from the blender in my drinks I asked them to please stop for that is cross contamination. No one acknowledged me, so I spoke again loader and asked if they heard me with no reaction from the staff. Asked if there was a manager to help out. Did see a female walk out of back and start making what I assume was my drinks again bc I was the only Customer. I walked around to the cash register and asked for the manager. The female said, “ do you want these drinks or not”. I declined the drinks, and asked for contact of the owners to which she said it’s on the wall. The wall has pictures and writing all over it, so Kelly C (found name on receipt) was not going to be helpful. I am waiting on my credit card refund and upset I lost my FiveStar points used on one of the drinks.Seeing this same concerns in other reviews and your offer of a free boba topping after showing this to your staff; I will pass. I don’t want risk spit in my drinks for 75 cent boba because you can’t fix your staff.
