For the second time in a row, I pulled into the drive thru and WAS NOT HELPED AT ALL. After 4 or 5 minutes and just as many tries at “Hello?”, I drove away. AGAIN without food.

They gave me soft tacos instead of crispy tacos she even asked me do I want crispy, I said yes then I had to go back through the drive-through because they gave me soft tacos. I told the lady I’ll just keep them if she’s going to throw them away anyway and she proceeds to tell me that she has to reuse it on our next guests order. I decided that’s a hell of disgusting and I will not be eating at taco cabana anymore. Ever. And neither will my family and I’m going to tell everybody that will listen about my experience that is extremely unsanitary and disgusting for you to take food back and then re-distribute it to the next customer. I’m pretty sure that’s highly illegal especially after corona. Talking about food costs. ?

It seems we have new management, as the restaurant was firing on all cylinders. The staff was friendly. The dining room clean, and the food prepared quickly and tastefully. Something was different in the presentation. The food was presented as if it were plated at an upscale restaurant. I was actually impressed. Now if we could only get the grilled chicken back.

So I went through the drive thru and it was taking a long time and I tried make a joke to the red haired black chick and she looked at me and closed the window... I saw my food sitting there and she intentionally chose not to give it to me until she was done taking an order. I only ordered two tacos and when she was done taking the order she kinda threw my bag to me and said here you go. I politely said thank you but her attitude and customer service was horrible. Food was good tho!

I just watched the manager handout a wrong order and it went into the wrong car she came back gave the food back and they took it and gave it to someone else. They are probably the slowest cabana I have seen. Only take care of drive thru first! I don’t understand it but it needs to be

This is the worst one I have been too they didn't give me jalapeños like I asked and I asks for extra cheese and no Guacamole well they didn't put cheese on the nachos there was cheese in the bag but no extra no jalapeños but gave me guacamole. I had to drive back around and get it. Then when I asked for it, she acted like I asks for a thousand dollars. Definitely had an attitude when putting the stuff In the cups. Won't be back to that one for sure. Didn't even get napkins.

Ordered to Plates on both the rice was dry and inedible. The food on both was cold, and the guacamole was brown. The entire order tasted disgusting and old like it was leftovers from the day before. Definitely not worth the money and will not be back.

It has come to my attention that the culinary offerings at this establishment appear to have declined in quality since my initial patronage in the 1990s. While it may still appeal to some, I personally find that it no longer meets the high standards it once did. It is possible that my own advancing age may be a factor in this perception.
