I normally don't leave reviews like this, but this young lady left me no choice! I've gone to this particular location for a while, and I've never had a complaint. Everyone that I have encountered has been pleasant, but this day!! Omg, she definitely showed signs that she didn't want to be there and the way she handed my card back!! If you didn't want to work today, you should have called in! Better yet, quit!! Tf!! I like this location, but choose wisely on who you want to work the window. That's all I'm saying. The gentleman who gave me my food was very pleasant, and he was actually on the window when I came the last time! Thank you, sir! I really appreciate you. Casa, check your employees!!

We managed to walk in on 4/16/24 at a couple of minutes before 9:00. We walked up to the front counter and as a shift manager was about to take our order, a young lady employee came running up to us giving us the gesture of running her hand back and forth on her neck as saying "uh uh. We're closed. The dining room is closed." We weren't asking for special treatment. We did manage to walk in a couple of minutes before closing and we didn't want to live there or move in, we just came from seeing a movie. We just wanted to sit down and eat our meal quickly and go home and go to bed. What I have a hard time understanding is why the shift manager chose to listen to the young lady versus continuing to take our order??? But the thing that really bothers me more than anything is after we looked a little bewildered, the young lady started to speak to us in Spanish which was VERY condescending, completely unnecessary and pretty much sealed my decision never to eat there again. ??????

call before going late, they don't stay open til' 11pm!! not once, not twice, but 3 times...i've drove across town (after getting off work), around 10:30-10:45 && they have been closed early!! nope . . . i won't have there be a 4th!! i won't be back!

Food tasted bland and nasty. Never tried this place yet but I've had jail food that's tasted better. Pure yuck. Tasted like boiled flavorless beef and my chips were hard and old. Cheese was nasty. Over priced jail

Trust me, you cannot go wrong with taco casa. it is all delicious. I’ve had every dish that they serve and their hot sauces are out of this world. Service is wonderful in the drive-through as well as inside the dining area.

Got an order of beans that was almost half full. Have a picture if interested since they won't allow you to post them.Have always thought this was a superior Taco Casa but they refused to accept a gift card purchased for a gift that is a taco casa gift
