I’m not sure if I should leave a 5 star review or a 1 star so I landed in the middle at a 3 star. The employees are very friendly and the food quality is exceptional. That deserves a 5 star. The part that deserves a 1 star is the mobile order pickup times. I do deliveries for Uber eats and DoorDash and have been regularly picking up orders at this location for more than a year now at all days and times of the week. Wow, what can I say about this place other than fantastic. I had a huge order (7 meals) none of which were without special changes. Every single meal was spot on. All of my coworkers were in shock as they didn't frequent Whataburger very often and had never once eaten at this specific location. The food was alright tasted a little old or reheated. Cheese wasn't even melting on the burgers. Grilled chicken sandwiches were soaking wet and made the bottom bun soggy. Staff was very unpleasant and rude. The restaurant itself was dirty. There were tables not cleaned down. People/Staff were sitting around eating and drinking and service was slow.
