When he took my order, I could actually "hear" him smiling over the phone and he was even more delightful when I picked up my order. i meannnn feathers still on the wings… i mean come on where’s the pride in your job. I’d love to say this is the best wingstop place but come on. I love supporting the local close by business but they make it hard. i ordered a family pack of wings and i found many feathers. it’s annoying and frustrating. i understand the pressure of a hard job but come on dude, how can i eat a wing filled with feathers? i hope they take pride in their job soon and present worthy food. thanks for what you do and your hard work but please do better.

Great job on Super bowl Sunday! I placed a online order at 4pm I arrived around 4:45! My order was hott and ready I was in and out in less then a minute. There were easily 50 people waiting for their order's! The staff was well prepared and had the line very organized!

I don’t know why there are so many bad reviews, every time I eat here it has been perfect. I apologize the people who wouldn’t know good service even if it hit them in the face, but as a frequent customer I have had 0 issues. The food is always hot and fresh being cooked to order. The lobby and dining environment is always clean and maintained. And there is nothing wrong once I receive the food, I just guess most people need to grow up and appreciate things more!Kid-friendliness: There are a few high-chairs for infants/toddlers.Wheelchair accessibility: Several tables designed for wheelchair friendliness.
Food was excellent. Service was excellent. The music played in the restaurant was vulgar and honestly we couldn’t wait to leave. Absolutely NOT kid friendly. The song lyrics on multiple songs were offensive and not needed in a customer based location. Really, how many times can they use the ‘F’ word in a single sentence. Rude, ignorant, violent and offensive lyrics in repeated songs. WHY? It’s horrendous to think this is what they think customers want to hear with their family.
