Yesterday we went for 4 glasses of snow and they left me waiting at the window for about 20 minutes until a boy came and gave me the snow and I was making a show of turning them around until a spoiled girl came and I didn't notice the last 2 glasses I didn't turn them around. I won't come back again

Drive thru attendant very rude. I sat at speaker for 2 mins without any greeting. Once I say hello she says it will be a minute so hold on. I asked how long she got an attitude and stated I don't know how long but it will be minute. I'm the only car in the drive thru and only 1 car in parking lot. Horrible customer service I will not be returning.

Went inside, it felt like a hundred degrees in there. The workers were all running around like chickens without their heads trying to work the drive thru. Waited for 10 minutes at the register and left without getting served.

We waited for more than five minutes and two people in the back did not come out until the older lady, who seemed to be the only one actually working, asked them to "please help these people. They've been waiting for a long time." So the girl with dark hair and a headset came out and took the money from the person in the drive-thru, but ignored us. Then the older lady said, "Not them. These people who have been waiting in the lobby." The girl looked over at us, and continued to wait on the people in the drive-thru. We left!!!None of them said a word or even bothered to apologize! Then we get outside and realize one of those unconcerned employees, was kind enough to park ON THE HANDICAP parking pathway!Spend your money elsewhere. Clearly THIS Dairy Queen DOES NOT CARE ABOUT PEOPLE!Wheelchair accessibility: Employee car was parked ON THE WHEELCHAIR ACCESS PATH in the parking lot!

This is the second time they are out of majority of the toppings to assemble a Banana split, the person at the register seemed upset when asked of it would be cheaper since most ingredients would be missing and after a bit of back and forth she decided to provide a 10% discount due to the inconvenience.This specific location has gotten so much worse recently.
