2 times this location has been over 30 mins getting to me for lunch. I work 1 mile from this location… I called both times and they were gracious enough to give me a credit. The second time the manager said he was new and had a lot of work to do on the employees and run of the store.Today, I called to order and the guy asked me to hold. I sat on hold for 6 minutes before hanging up! 6 minutes!?!I will not be ordering from here for a while… even if I have a credit, I am not waiting 6+ minutes on hold when the store just opened. You’re not that busy.I am giving it a 3 because the managers gave me a credit… however… the customer service of the employees and forgetfulness is not ok.

Jimmy John's is a good safe stop for a quick lunch with this family! Leaving a five star review here simply for the staff. They were amazing at taking our order (in the store)..... and when it can time to use my $5 discount, which was only for in app purchases that we were unaware of, they just started making our order while we placed the order through the app so we could redeem the $5 off!! Thanks guys! These soccer game tired parents were so thankful for your help and patience to get some lunch In between games!

For some reason this particular JJ is super slow. I love the food and order from another JJ when I'm working in the office but this one near my house is terrible. I thought my previous order (which took around 45m to deliver) was a fluke (especially given that I'm only 2 miles up the road), but my delivery today took almost an hour. When I order at the office (which is a distance of about 4 miles) it's always around 20m. It's a shame this location is struggling with delivery so much.

I left a review for a bad experience at a Jimmy John’s near my house recently with the exact same scenario as what just happened to me. This time the exact opposite happened, and I wanted to pay it forward and let you know how amazing the store is! When I walked in Empress, the manager, was training someone and she was very pleasant and communicative the entire time, letting me know that it would be just a few moments until my pick up order was ready to go. Even though she was in the middle of training a new employee, I still only had to wait a couple minutes and she even apologize for the wait which wasn’t long at all. As I waited, I heard her interacting with other customers and even training the new employee, and you can tell that she pays attention to the details and the customer experience. My sandwich was phenomenal and exactly how I ordered it online. This was not the experience that I had at the last Jimmy John’s (although that experience is uncommon at JJ). I will be back to this location in the future.

How hard it is to make a sandwich, especially if it’s a sandwich shop? I mean that’s the only thing they need to do right, especially if the order is spelled out on an app, for the amount they charge for the sandwich, I assume that they pay their employees adequately, and at least train them to make it proper sandwich, will never return to this Jimmy John’s ever again, I urge all customers to go to another Jimmy John’s for a better experience!

I come here weekly and usually everything is great. I read previous comments about the service not being "freaky fast" I came in this afternoon and there was one table of two people and no other customers. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes while the employee made 2 other orders right in front of me? I get Togo orders etc but I was literally ordering a single sandwhich and it was obvisiously slow. Definitely rub me the wrong way I got so annoyed I walked out and never ordered.

My two favorite sandwiches are the Spicy East Coast Italian and the pesto one they had a few months ago - and I always get them "unwiched". This is a great place for a quick, filling, and healthy lunch. We also frequently order the party boxes for small meetings and events. When we have placed an order online, it's always been ready on time and properly filled. Ordered from this location dozens of times - this is the third time this year I’ve gotten food poisoning immediately after receiving the same order from this location.Usually quick delivery and no issues but not going to risk it anymore. You guys need to evaluate your food safety because something is not being done properly.

This is a slow store. They took our order quickly, but they are normally done quickly. It seemed like the older lady did care for time when making our sandwiches. Also, a health concern & a management concern, they had a little white boy, probably 8 years old, behind the counter playing in the kitchen. I guess an employee couldn't find a babysitter.This store is not up to the J.J. standard.

Every place should hope to have an employee like Courtney! She was so helpful. Not to mention patient when I changed my mind just as she was wrapping up plugging in my order. She also wrapped my cut sandwich halves separately which was incredibly thoughtful. She’s the best!
