Traveling around for work with my boss we found this on Yelp and went as it was a small local place. He had a burger and I had a Reuben. Both delicious and I liked the warm German potato salad. Kind of expensive but we enjoyed and liked doing something a little less mainstream for lunch. Friendly staff and clean as well.

Been going here for the last 15 years. Absolutely, nobody in DFW makes a Philly like this place does. Their burgers are also top tier. Everything is always fresh and made to order. Also, an important note, the bread for their Philly's is softer & fresher than ur sweet cheeks after exfoliating.99% of the time, my order is a Usual, extra chz, and a side of onion rings. That combo could be a death row final meal right there.STOP WASTING TIME AND GO GET ONE.

I ordered a cheeseburger. Good bun, decent lettuce tomato onion, good fries. The meat was dry and lacked a good seasoning. I watched the cook get heavy handed with the meat press on the grill line. That will ruin a burger.

Finally stopped in for lunch. The garlic burger with cheese was really good! Def wasn't very garlicky but was good. Husband got the blue cheese burger. Had waaay too much sauce! (Lots of spicy mayo and too much blue cheese in our opinion). We took a bunch of sauce off of it and it was still very "blue- cheesy". Upgraded fries to truffle Parmesan fries and sauce which was awesome!! Tried the hot potato salad (also good) and a mini brat, which is about 2-3 bites but gives you an idea. That was excellent!!! All in all, it was great lunch at a local mom/pops place. We will definitely be back!

Came here to eat for the first time today. Got here at 11:05 and the door was locked. Looking inside, there was an employee in there, so we waited at the door for several minutes. He just ignored us, so we decided to spend our money somewhere else. Really disappointing.

Kraut that's the best in Texas. Brats from muenster daily and fresh. The potato salad is good but could use a dose of spicy mustard to liven it up. The folks that own and run this gem of an eatery are super friendly and treat every customer like family. If you haven't been here, make it a must-go destination. It's a gem.

If you're looking for a good burger, then this is where you'll find it. The sides are good also. It has a small cozy dining area, but usually has room to sit.
Nothing worse than driving 30 minutes to try a restaurant and then realizing they do not understand the importance of opening on time.

Buyer Beware - Prices on Menu Board are NOT what you are charged. We went to Burgers & Brats on Saturday. I ordered a burger and my wife & sister both ordered a hotdog "smothered in kraut". The menu board said it was $4.99 for the dog & $1.90 for the kraut (see pictures). The woman at the register never showed me an itemized receipt and only told me the charge was $45.12, which I paid on credit card. She then handed me two receipts (one a card charge receipt & the other an itemized receipt). The itemized receipt showed that my wife & sister were both charged $3.99 for a "side" of kraut & not the $1.90 for the "smother", which I very clearly told the woman at the register. When I questioned this, two workers told me that the owner has not updated the register to allow them to charge what is on board & they can only charge the "Side" price & not the "Smother" price. They repeatidly blamed it on the owner. I asked for my money back, as I was not going to support a restaurant that basically steals from customers. I asked for the owners info, but I was told it was not available.It is not simply that I did not want to pay $2 more (for us it was $4), it is more that when you think about how many other people order this item and are charged the extra/hidden $2....The owner is stealing a LOT of money. Plus who knows how many other menu board items are mispriced that customers unknowingly pay more for.You can clearly see that the menu board pricing is easily changed, the owner could simply take 5 minutes & update his board OR change the register so that his workers can charge the correct amount. Instead he chooses to do NEITHER and is overcharging his customers and his workers are NOT telling customers of this.I would avoid this restaurant as there are numerous other restaurants that are honest & do not mislead their customers. No matter how good the food is, customers should not have to deal with misleading pricing & dishonesty by owner/staff.

New to area, hungry for just a good burger. I don't want to drive too far. So you take off from the house and have to use the GPS for guidance on what to eat. Pulled up in front of B&B and said, well, lets give it a try. You know that feeling when you have no idea if this was a good plan or not. The young man who took our order at the counter did a great job. Asked the right questions and all with a smile. A woman came out and put our burgers on, and they brought it over to our table. First bite told us this was no mistake. OMG, best burgers we've had out here. Juicy and tasty. When I asked her later about their German potato salad, she brought me out a generous container to try. Wow, that was real German warm potato salad.Definitely go back again, and again, and again.
