Fresh ingredients. Friendly staff. Delicious sandwiches. I suggest that they add a list of toppings you can add you your sandwich. The toppings aren’t on the board, and it would be easier if they had like a laminated sheet I could look at versus asking the staff to list them all

We got the Philly cheese fries and the coleslaw. The chili cheese fries was really nasty like no cheese will not order that again and the coleslaw was dry and flavorless. May try the sandwich.

Capriotti’s Flower Mound became one of my favorite sandwich shops. The service is great, the staff is friendly and the food is just delicious. The fries are thin, wide and so crispy.Capastrami and The Hot Bobbie are my favorites. Highly recommend!

I have been coming to Capriotti's Flower Mound since the location opened. I really enjoy the sandwiches. There was a delay about a week ago and some staffing issues. If you have your own business or have ever been in business you know that despite best efforts hiccups can happen. After visiting today it is clear that any issues are resolved. Food is great. Service is friendly and great. Place is also very clean. I really like the fact that I can order online and walk in and pick it up.

Have been here a few times. First time did not care for the sandwich. Second time I tried the hot Bonnie it was really good. Thought I would go back and try something new. Ordered and paid and then stood there listening to whoever was running this place trying to train someone and was very loud and very disrespectful to the people that she was trying to train. After seeing all the other people waiting and watch one couple finally get their order and they were not happy. I watched another person just walk out without their food. I decided to do the same thing. They can keep my $13. If their food was as good as their service, I am sure it would not be good. I understand it’s hard to find people but this place is struggling.

Love that the turkey is fresh instead of processed. My go to place when craving a sub!

Just ate here with my son for lunch. We had a warm and flavorful tomato bisque and a rockin hot Bobbie sandwich. The turkey was moist and flavorful, perfectly prepared! Valerie and the team were fast and helpful.

This place made the worst sandwich Ihave ever had in my life, $38 for garbage with barely any meat when I paid for extra, and my recommendation is don't go here at all.Very nasty!!!! ?

Bland. No flavor. Worst bread for a "hero" yet. So disappointed. Won't be back.
