We had been to Fiore shortly after it first opened a couple of years ago (?), and everything was WONDERFUL. This time? Totally different. The service was awful. I could see into the kitchen from my seat and one of the cooks, had a waist long loose braid hanging in front of her near the food she was handling. The meals we had were chicken parm and lasagna. Both were completely sub par. My spaghetti noodles weren't thoroughly drained and had a weird, off putting smell. The lasagna was tasteless and had MANY layers of noodles squished together. We'll never go back. Honestly, Olive Garden is way better than this place.

The food amazing, the atmosphere amazing, the service beyond amazing. He put up with a lot from my family ans was always nice an gracious. From gluten free veead to being asked for a togo boxes numerous times (because someone's impatient) to the constant questions, he was simply impressive. I wish I could remember his name! I'm so sad to see this lovely little gem of a restaurant go so far south. I've eaten there three times in the past couple months, and they must have a new chef. The food was honestly some of the worst food I've eaten in a very long time. I order many different things, from the arancini to the bruschetta to the bolognese and the veal. Every single solitary item was tasteless, generic, and absolutely awful. I left all three times and just ate at home. The portions have gotten just silly huge, but huge portions of absolute junk. If they packed leftovers I just threw them out. What happened???? So sad!

The food was good going down, however my nephew and I got food poisoning. We weren’t going to eat here because when we arrived there was just one girl managing the entire restaurant. I felt bad. You can tell this restaurant has great potential for improvement but they’re just going through a rough time. The bathrooms were not cleaned. Trash was filled to the brim. Sinks had corroded around the faucet handle.I asked for a Caesar salad but at the last minute decided not to get one because I was looking and saw the fly under the other salad in the last Google review. Before the salad came out I asked to have it removed and she insisted I take it. So I politely did. Either way, I doubt I’ll be returning just because the atmosphere was unwelcoming. Not a clean place to eat to be in a good area of Flower mound. I’ll stick to my weekend neighborhood restaurant called “Here Asian Cuisine”.Annabelle was a great server. Thanks for serving us well.

We love the atmosphere and food at Fiori. Wish it was closer to our house but we eat here anytime we are in the area. The cocktails were excellent - very original and delicious. The only drawback this visit was that our server did not tell us about the specials. After our server took our order, we overheard another server describing the special to a nearby table. Had we been told about them, it would have allowed us to try something new/different from my usual pizza order and my husband's usual chicken parm. Maybe next visit.
We were able to have late lunch here today and it was the best experience. When we arrived, we were the only ones there and it remained that way for our entire meal. Fiori's is usually alive and energetic and there's a hustle and bustle that is inviting and great. But this was a rare treat, quiet meal with nice music and delicious food, as usual. Love this place

Terrible services and food. I think it was just this one server Kayla or something who was serving our table who was terrible.I believe they use old oil for frying, somehow everything that was fried tasted bitter and had an aftertaste.

Our group each throughly enjoyed their meals and cocktails. I enjoyed the Italian Margaritas and the special Chicken al la Vodka. One of the best tasting chicken I ever had! Outstanding

My wife and I had an incredible dinner with wine and I had the Italian Magarita, yummy, 2 to be exact. Spencer really took good care of us and made us feel like family. The chicken was all I thought it would be and the spaghetti & meatballs. Well let’s just say I have a lot of leftovers and I’m going to enjoy another amazing dinner. The owner came by and introduced himself and was quite enjoyable and easy going…. Best bread and garlic bread ever….
