The take out portions are much smaller than when you eat in. The food was packaged poorly. We were not given bread . The strawberries for my strawberry crepes were missing. Do not order takeout from this restaurant.

French onion soup is good but it cud have a real French onion soup container and presentation a bigger bowl with real melted cheese on top. And how come they don't have French fries???

Workplace ordered from La Madeleine. Morning order placed for noon pick up. Plenty of options to choose from. Each order was individually wrapped and labeled with person's name.Ordered: Kale & Quinoa Salade with salmon and avocado; whole avocado not just a few slices. Very tasty and filling.

I normally would recommend this place for a meeting. But after my last experience here, I can no longer support them. I ordered a regular brew coffee and my wife ordered a cold brew coffee. While i was trying to get my brewed coffee at the beverage station, an attendant was dispensing coffee over ice. This was later delivered to my wife and presented as cold brew coffee. This is not cold brew. It is iced coffee. When i brought this to the manager's attention, he said this is their recipe: half french half American brew over ice. I informed him that this is not cold brew. This is misleading if, in fact, this is true. I would hope they were out of cold brew coffee.I am giving them this poor rating because of how the manager was untruthful and was not honest with us. Additionally, the French Roast was not hot. I then tried to get American Roast, it was out. Brought this to their attention and it was over 20 minutes before coffee was available again. I switched drinks, but the guests that we met waited over 10 minutes to get coffee after they arrived.I understand that there are outages of product in a restaurant. This review reflects the poor method of handling our concerns.

Do NOT let the five stars fool you, listen to the one stars!! I've never seen a restaurant so unorganized and disgusting!! When I went in for lunch today, there were so many people at takeout area, I've never seen so many. My food came out late and wrong. I wasn't the only one, there was a lady screaming at a poor employee!! It was a horrible place to be at.On top of that, I would never physically eat here until they clean their tables... There was only one bench to sit at and wait at takeout, so I went and sat at a table, which was nothing but sticky. When I picked up my menu from it it stuck made a disgusting squelch. How does this place maintain even a 4 star review?? It deserves MUCH LOWER!!
