Food was good but service was worth a shout out. I had a gift card from Christmas. Completely full. Totally unused. When I went to pay, the cashier could not get it to work, so he brought over the manager. Swiped and entered the numbers - neither could get the card to work. But instead of telling me that nothing could be done, they were completely sympathetic and went out of their way (taking 20 minutes during peak dinner rush) to call customer service for me to help figure it out. And when the issue could not be resolved, they credited me the balance of the card. They did not have to do that. But they did. I will go back to this establishment simply because of this service. Not because they reimbursed me, but because they went out of their way to help.

First time ordering here. Mongolian Tofu and Lo Mein was very good. Online ordering was easy. Curbside parking was available. Order was promptly brought out to me. They didn't include utensils was the only negative.

It's the worst restaurant food I ever ate. The crispy green beans were all clumped together into one, the beef very dry and tasted uncooked, and the chicken very dry. Even the fortune cookies were soft and chewy instead of crisp!

Was a very solid decent meal/experience. It's hard for them to do world-class food in a strip center parking lot but hey, if you're hungry, and you've got the munchies for a spring roll or crispy, honey chicken bowl, it's the place to go. One great stellar stand out has always been their Great Wall of chocolate cake. But it isn't anywhere near the P.F. Chang's of 20+ years ago? Most probably not but it's a good solid middle of the road especially if you have the munchies and it's pouring down rain and you just wanna get in get out and satisfy that hungry tummy.

The biggest problem was the insect we found on the lettuce. For the price, the food tasted subpar. Ordered lettuce wraps and spicy chicken. Absolutely no taste to the noodles. Definitely not like PF Chang's I've previously had. Service was fine.

Great service and very quick as well. Got my order taken by Dorothy and she was very kind and got my order taken in a nice timely manner. Food came out quickly and was very tasteful. I would highly recommend the bbq ribs.

My parents ordered fried rice last night. My father said it was not edible . He put it in the refrigerator.Today he asked me to fix it. I tasted it. It was just like Mexican rice. After putting it back on stove. I added 1/2 stick of butter 1/4 onion 1/2 can of peas lots of soy sauce. 1/2 chopped chicken breast and some garlic. 25 minutes later You could swallow it without gagging. Not recommended in less someone one in your house. Knows how to fix yack.

They use door dash not true delivery drivers. No accountability!

If I could give zero stars I would. Do NOT eat here. The food is terrible, soaked in grease up charge without telling you missing ingredients from the food. VERY overppriced for garbage food!

I placed a delivery order through their website and had to call to change my order. The team member and the manager were both extremely understanding and helped me with my issue. They went above and beyond and I would highly recommend this location to everyone!
