I have been going to this location and it has been always a great experience. Today 2-18-24 at around 4pm I order a pickup and older lady stated it would take another 15 minutes for my food to be ready. It was already 20 minutes I order the pizza. So I came back inside after waiting for 15 minutes and nobody would ask me if I needed help. So I had to step up to talk to them and older lady got mad because I got closer to the kitchen. This is unacceptable! 4 people in the kitchen and can’t do their job ? The worse thing was My pizza was sitting the whole time ready to be picked up. It was cold when I opened it.

The food was fast fresh and reasonably priced. The manager lady seemed far nicer than the male employee. He seemed aloof and not wanting to deal with customers with how he treated the person in front of me, walking away without speaking or looking at me (did include a dismissive gesture over his shoulder while giving some sort of warbling call for the manager lady) I almost left without ordering but the friendly and competent lady who came out to help me changed my mind.The young man needs training. I smile. A lot. I say yes sir, no ma’am; please and thank you. I even go out of my way to try to ascertain if the individual I am about to speak to uses alternative pronouns, going so far as to say things like “I use such and such pronouns how about you? Meaning, there is no reason this person had to be rude. Other than lack of training, malingering; or just outright refusal to do the job because of the demographic I look like. Either way, that individual needs to do way better. Or at least find a job where your poor attitude and performance doesn’t harm your team or businesses reputation.

Even if you love papa John’s don’t order from here! Never get order on time or correct and staff is rude. Worst ran franchise location. Every time I order from this location I have to get a refund. I end up having to order from dominos. Worst

Had take out jalapeño cheese bread and Shaq pizza ? and the cheese bread had hardly an cheese on it and the pizza made my husband ill. Not fun. Idk if it wasn't cooked well enough or what. We probably won't be going back for awhile. Too bad too cuz it's my Husband's favorite pizza place.

We’ve ordered from this location for years but as of recently, NOTHING IS EVER ON TIME! 30min-2 HOURS after said delivery has been our most recent orders. Don’t waste your time. Especially if you have hungry kids!!! Too many other options!

Been a while since we ordered from papajohns though we try again. Something changed and whoever changed it should be fired immediately. Placed an order on the app, says ready by X time. Waited 25mins but the tracker wasn't moving so I went into store and asked. Guy at counter says will be 1 and half hour. Doesn't matter if pick up order or delivery. Wow. No wonder domino's is ahead.

Firstly, I commend the driver with Enhlish as his second language for using a translator app.Full order was not sent and store refused to send it, said they would credit our card back instead.Thank you for the credit. By your actions you have guaranteed that is the last interaction you will have with that card again. Domino's is just as close and they have never refused to make their errors right.

Absolutely disgusting other than taking 2 HOURS to deliver, I pulled a piece of HAIR out my mouth just to find part of it inside another slice. Won’t order from this place ever again will contact the health department.

I was really looking forward to this place opening up. We ordered by phone around 5:10pm. We were told it would be ready at 5:24. We got there, and to start, they had my name wrong on the order, and apparently, someone else got my order. My kid and I ended up waiting over 30 minutes for 1 LG pizza and a small bread stick order. ? It was not a great first-time experience. Staff was polite, but that doesn't make up for lack of explanation. Sorry, but waiting that long for a small order is just not cool.

We ordered a pizza at 7:50 and at 10:00 got notification that a delivery driver stole our pizza. Then at 10:15 we got a notification that our pizza order was canceled. Not very much communication here and we just wanted our pizza even if it was late.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would because 1 star is too nice. I am trying to actually find out who owns this franchise as I would want to know the type of people I have running my business. They may not care but after my experience 10/31/23 I will never be ordering from here again. We have too many amazing pizza places in the area than to have to deal with the most rude staff who needs a few lessons on the definition of customer service.My story: on Tuesday 10/30 at 8:59pm I placed an advance order for pickup on 10/31 @ 5:15pm. I throw an annual Halloween bash for my neighbors, their kiddos & my daughters friends. My order consisted of 1 Jack o Lantern pizza, 1 large pepperoni, 2 large cheese, 2 large sausage & an order of cheese bread. I chose the carry out option as they were running a special and it is right down the street from me. This was the 1st ordering from Papa Johns. Since Oct 2020, I have been ordering from our local Domino's & having it delivered. I always order in advance to give them a heads up. This year I thought I would switch it up & support another local business which was Papa Johns. So my 9 year old (all dressed up in her costume) & I get there at 5:15pm for pickup. We have people arriving at 5:30pm- I did this so the pizza would be hot & fresh! The guy at the register (supposedly the manager) dirty blond hair pulled back in a ponytail- taller young guy. Looks for my order & tells me I must have placed it at the wrong store because they don't have my order. So I go online and look at my order & I say is this store #980 & he goes yes. Well after telling him everything I ordered a shorter dark haired guy walks to the register & tells me that I placed that order in the middle of the night & he cancelled it. I said I definitely didn't place it in the middle of the night & looked at my order confirmation and told him I placed it at 8:59pm. So he proceeds to tell me that I placed my order wrong and not for the right day & time. At this point I do question myself but then am like I have already been lied to twice by these 2 employees. I will be honest I am not even mad the order was canceled, I am literally panicked because I have little kids coming to my house in 10 min. So I asked him why he didn't call me last night to tell me he canceled my order. He had given me the receipt, which honestly didn't prove my point or his but at the very top it had my contact info. He told me he canceled the order and to get out of the store. I them proceed to ask for his name and that I want confirmation that the order was refunded as it was not showing canceled on my card. He told me his name was Jacob Rodriguez (I honestly wouldn't doubt if that was a lie) & that he was the General Manager. I proceeded to ask again why he didn't call me the night he canceled (they close at 11pm) or the day of my order (they open at 10am). Instead I am finding out I have no order when I walk in to pick up my pizza order. I was then told to get out of his store. I will add they were very backed up & patience was running thin. When I walked in 1 guy asked for them to check on his order and the guy (supposed manager) told him it was in the oven & would be 10 min. The guy then says thats what you told me 10 min ago. They had employees there so I honestly am not sure why they were so behind to be honest. There was absolutely no customer service or communication. This would not have even been an issue if they would have called me saying they canceled my order! Instead they put me in a major bind which is where the frustration and panic came in. And then to be rude on top of it! My assumption is that they got behind and & forgot about my order or he just didn't want to do that big of an order. I get it! This is why I place my orders in advance to give the heads up. As a general manager the 1st thought should be contact the customer & let them know that you won't be able to fulfill the order! For heavens sake lie and say

Some of the worst service I have ever experienced. I placed the order at 7:50pm and it is now 10:20pm and I still do not have my order. It was "lost" and then canceled and I was not informed until I called them 3 separate times and finally got a hold of someone on the phone. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

Second poor experience with this location.I gave them another chance, but I draw the line at multiple hairs in both my family’s cheesesticks and pizza. Other items were also wrong with our order but that was the worst part of our food experience. It looked like it was short enough to belong to a man, brown hair.Received a refund, but I won’t be ordering from here again. Manager was accommodating with the refund but honestly didn’t seem to care.

Soooooo I just picked up my order from this location about 10 minutes ago. Part of my order was an epic stuffed crust pizza..... as I'm standing there waiting for them to finish up this skinny younger man in a black beanie starts throwing things all around the store and screams F$CK THIS ANOTHER F&CKING STUFFED CRUST, F$CKING 10 HOUR SHIFT F&CK THIS. Just absolutely unhinged as I'm standing there watching. He then gets out the dough, slaps it on the counter and starts literally BEATING it with whatever tool you use to knead the dough until the thing breaks in half. Then he just walks away and says under his breath how "pissed off he is right now". The other employee sweetly asked me for my name, apologized on the ridiculous guys behalf, and told me to have a great night. Pizza was as good as papa John's quality goes but the experience was irritating, hilarious, and 100% uncomfortable. I'm a 26 year old female that works 60 hours a week delivering for Amazon and I had just gotten off work from MY 10 hour shift and still had a smile on my face. Wish I caught the guys name because the performance he put on was just one of the most childish, concerning, and inappropriate things I've seen in public in a long time. & with how the world has been lately, there honestly was a small moment I kind of feared for my life. If someone can't control themselves in there work environment who's to say if they can control themselves in other areas also.... I'm leaving 2 stars rather than one because the other employee was really a nice guy and it seemed like he wasn't surprised by the other guys behavior, which leads me to believe this isn't his first outburst. Imagine working a job to support yourself and your family and that's what your work environment is like. Shame on management for letting this guy keep his job. I hope this review finds them and they can do something about this. I'm a really chill person. It takes a lot to bother me and most of the time I'm the girl that will order a steak...get a salmon instead, and not say anything lol. So it says a lot that I'm taking the time to write this review. I didn't even have a yelp account before this. This was just a mind blowing experience. I understand what it's like to work in the service industry. I've done it for over 7 years. It gets frustrating and trying but acting like this in front of customers is just inexcusable and it's hurting this establishment. It's also just incredibly bratty and inconsiderate to take out your frustrations about your job in front of people who also have frustrating jobs and are just trying to get some fucking pizza. Not my fault or any other customers fault that you hate your job so much and you have shitty self control. We all work dude, some of us just as hard as you, if not much harder and with about the same pay. Welcome to America. Put your big boy pants on. If you don't want to make pizzas, get a new fucking job. Plenty of people hiring.
