When they closed the previous location on 407 we still drove all the way to the Colony to enjoy Pei Wei . The manager was sent over there temporarily and he’d recognize us. We assured him that when the opened this new location we’d be back as regulars . This location is nice and clean , employees are friendly and my order always comes quick and exactly what we ordered .
Been a while and was excited to try the new pei wei. We'll it was disappointing, went mid afternoon on a weekday (not busy) ordered the drunken noodle dish, with extra veg. Hardly any veg(much less 3$ of extra and barely any chicken basil or anything except overcooked and oversauced)

Ordered to go at the counter. One entree. Waited over 20 minutes while folks who ordered dine in after me got their food first. Only two cooks during lunch. Got a free lettuce wrap as a an apology. I want this place to succeed but it is inferior to other locations.
