Let's start with the positive! Clean room and lobby area. Nice front desk staff. Now for a few issues: 1) We booked two rooms well in advance and asked for them to be next to each other. I called on Thursday (we arrived on Friday) to confirm that our rooms would be next to each other, and the woman assured me they were. The rooms were not. They were 4 floors away! Luckily my children are old enough to be in a separate room that far away, but we were disappointed. 2) During my phone call, I also told the woman I was speaking to that we would be arriving very late on Friday, so to please hold our rooms, and that one of my sons would be checking in early. I asked if we could please put the required hold on my credit card, which was on file, since my son does not have a credit card, and his debit card does not have enough money on it. This was approved, and I let my son know of the plan. At check-in, the front desk clerk would NOT let my son use the credit card on file. My son was stuck until luckily his aunt came along and put our room hold on her card. So, basically all of my communication and confirmation was of no use at all. The rest of the hotel, minus the layer of oil floating on the indoor pool, was what you would expect of a typical Courtyard. If I were returning to this area, I definitely would select a different hotel. I left without any desire to return.

They took almost an hour you get the food out, and the fries were not even hot.

This was an unexpected stay after a missed airline connection. We arrived around 2am and checked into a very nice room. We haven’t stayed in a Courtyard as new as this— really nice! We had no luggage and were provided with all we needed, toothpaste/toothbrush, razor/shave cream, comb, brush, hairspray. The beds were comfy for our very brief stay. Towels were fluffy, bathroom very sleek, modern. Taxi called for us when we needed it. These weary travelers are very appreciative!

I have stayed here numerous times since it opened and am saddened to see it has gone down hill. Room was dirty. Smelled musty, linens were old and smelly. Housekeeping opened door at ten am without knocking and I had just stepped out of the shower so that was fun (not!) Def not staying her next trip.

Great spot with nice employees. Workout room was very good. Rooms were large and clean. New facilities that had comfortable beds. Shower was exceptionally large. The pool was a bit small but very warm.

Food is ok but wouldn't eat here if I wasn't on a per diem. Very expensive for what you get. The Starbucks there cost almost twice of a regular Starbucks. I called from the room to place an order for pick on two occasions and was put on hold. No one every came back to the phone. This happened twice.

We stayed at this property last weekend and were pleased with the condition of the hotel. That being said, the staff we encountered were poorly trained and generally aloof. I am a titanium member and elected the food and beverage credit for my benefit. I was assured that I would receive a $20 credit on my bill for food and beverage. I waited with other customers in the lobby for 10 minutes to check out because there was no one stationed at the front desk. Having been burned on being incorrectly billed in the past, I wanted to see my bill at checkout. Upon checkout, I noticed the charges in spite of being told I would receive the food and beverage credit at check in. I alerted the desk clerk who told me not to worry, it will “just come off”. Sure enough the charges posted to my account today and I’m now trying to contact the hotel to have these removed. As a frequent hotel guest, I find it extremely frustrating when desk agents don’t understand the Marriott benefits and you end up trying to resolve after your stay.

Not cheap (we paid $149 all taxes and fees included), but a very good experience. Polite, efficient staff. Crisp, fresh linens; spacious and spotless bathroom; all the usual amenities. Had an indoor pool and exercise room although we didn't use it. Right on the Flower Mound river walk, ideal for an after dinner stroll. Breakfast at the bistro (not included with room) was gourmet quality. Literally served by a chef in a chef hat. Make sure to get something with the roasted tomatoes.

The hotel was right off the main road in Flower Mound and literally 10minutes from the golf course. The staff was courteous. The rooms were clean. Day 2 of our stay the AC stopped working (in Texas during the time ERCOT said raise the temps to conserve energy) however it was fixed within a couple of hours. There is an indoor pool we did not use but saw a family using it. The fitness area was decent and provides what you needed for a good workout: treadmill, elliptical, bike free weights with towels and disinfectant wipes. There was a bistro available no complimentary breakfast, lunch or dinner. Breakfast menu is $12-$15 plus tax and tip. Lots of breakfast options available within 5 minute drive.

So, I was told food will take one hour and a half to make. So, I am walking to Primos MX Kitchen.
