They definitely need to have some adults here. Nothing but a bunch of teens that don’t know how to work, talk, or cook properly. My 4 year old nephew could do a better job ?

got 2 4pc combos asked for 2 large extra fries charge me $30 when i got done paying they told me what was i waiting for wen they havent handed me anything and didnt even put the large fries theres a bunch of kids working there

It was late but not closing time when we got there Saturday night around 10:30pm. They don't close til 12pm. There was 3-4 cars ahead of us but when we pulled up to menu speaker, we wondered if they were closed because it took so long for anyone to respond to take our order. We ordered a 4 piece mixed but when we got it, it was all thighs. So we asked for the correct order & was told, that's all they had. I asked why we weren't informed of that when we ordered. The young man told us simply that he didn't take the order, he just came back from break. SMH! When we got ready to eat, it was some of the worst I've ever had. I won't be going to that particular Golden Chick for a while, if ever. It was not up to par with others I've gone to

I had ordered a family meal I looked in the bag make sure to have everything correct before I leave out. I was missing the gravy. I told them they didn't give me the gravy he was giving me a single! He said that's what it says and I was I ordered a family meal. He told me that I came with a single and I didn't get no dipping sauce either. Then I told him my mash potatoes didn't have gravy either. He said they don't come with gravy!!!! The FK!!! Are you all serious!! I had gone to other locations order the same thing and everything have been included. I had to purchase the family gravy separately!!! Even when you order online it clearly says family gravy!!!! Never again!! You all need to train your employees correct!!!!
