The black female which I’m assuming is the manager due to her tag, was extremely disrespectful and impolite. I was missing items in my order which I got from the drive thru. I made her aware of the situation and all she said was “If you want them then you can come and get them inside yourself” to which I wasn’t even on the window anymore cause she had me pull over to number one and made me wait over 20 min. Also I would like to remark that I was the only one waiting, apparently no other cars had issues with their orders since no else had to wait.

Filet of fish sandwich is a joke. NOTHING at all like it use to be. A half piece of cheese and very little tarter sauce, very dry. My friends fish sandwich was the same. Don't waste your money on it!!

The kiosk did not work properly.The cashier seems there to be there.She never repeated my order.I ended up with item that burned my chest.Customer service needs improvement.Management tried but could not resolve my kiosk problem.

Normally I don’t have a problem going through drive. But I guess she’s a new worker. Got my order wrong. I get home & there was a curly blk hair in my fries( I know that had nothing to do with her). My hair is partially blue so it wasn’t mine.I work at a fast food place also but our cooks wear hair nets.That’s just nasty and ruins your meal.
the store simply stopped accepting orders in the app, but the app took it, and charged! arriving at the store, the manager didn't even want to talk to us, even when we asked to talk to him. nobody could solve the problem, and not even explain to us what happened and how we are having our money back.
