They need to get the drive thru and parking lot under control with some traffic cones or something! People are always blocking the parking spaces and cutting in line in the drivethru. This could easily be remedied by those white poles or traffic cones.
Three days in a row, I've tried to get a shamrock shake, and every time there is an excuse. Either the machine doesn't work or they need to clean it. This time, I even called before going, and they said yes they have them. I got there 10 minutes later and they said no sorry no shakes. How hard could it be to keep a ice cream machine opperating?

Terrible service. Dont walk in to the restaurant. You'll be standing at the front counter for 10 minutes while staff and managers ignore you. If you use the drive through, no matter what you order, you'll be parked and wait an additional 10 minutes for no reason. Just avoid this one if at all possible
