Rio Lerma has been a Terrell favorite for many years. The food is always good and freshly prepared. The menu has lots of different choices, especially with different types of enchiladas. Their queso blanco is awesome, and I say it's the best in town! Service is always quick, and they keep your drinks full. There is a back area for parties and groups, and the restaurant itself has a large dining room with plenty of tables.
One of our favorite places in Forney. My husband loves everything he's ordered here! I have some food sensitivities, so I have to be a little more careful about what I order at Mexican restaurants. I can't eat rice and beans. They have options with potatoes and veggies as the sides instead of rice and beans. The Lerma's Chicken is amazing! The queso with brisket is so good!
