I was here when this place first oppened and how it has regressed over the years, this place went downhill drastically. Used to be a great spot for UFC fights, beer and wings definately not anymore.Ordered fried pickles as an appetizer and the 6 traditional/6 boneless with fries. Pickles were fried together in two's and soggy, I guess it's fine.The wings is what did it for me. Boneless wings was just FRIED BATTER, maybe LEFTOVERS from something else, definately not the normal boneless from BW3's.This is just plain DISRESPECTFUL from the cooks to try this sham, the waiter to allow this plate to be presented to a customer, and whoever was the manager, who never came after my complaint.Bad experiences before, but I always comeback with the hope of better service.This is an establishment on a military base, where I hoped for good food establishments standards.We receive and transition thousands of Soldiers overseas every year, most of them unable to go off base that come to this place in hope for decent service.The "OWNER" comments after reviews... that just shows you why the establishment is bad.

I hadn't had a salad from any Buffalo Wild Wings before. The chips and guacamole were good appetizers. I enjoyed it. We got the boneless wings to take with us.Wheelchair accessibility: Their entrance and tables are set up to accommodate wheelchairs.

I ordered a 20 piece traditional order of wings and all of them where fried extremely hard, burnt I dare say and they drenched them in such I assume trying to hide the mistake. I live 20 minutes from post so I didn't ask for a refund I'll just know better for next

Horrible service and on certain peoples day . Saw 4 elderly veterans get denied. The vets day deal meal . Just horrible will not be returning to this locations ever .

Came in for the Veterans Day weekend and wanted to try their free 10 piece boneless special. Upon arriving we were told it was actually free 6 piece boneless instead of the 10 and that my wife would have to pay for her boneless wings even though she's a military member as well. First of all thank you Buffalo Wild Wings for the false advertisement. I arrived and we were seated fairly quick but it took over 30 minutes to be seen to take our order. Once we ordered it took over 45 minutes for the food to arrive. Fries were cold, burger was warm and decent. The server Evelyn was extremely slow and had trouble answering our questions about the order. She seemed nervous and dropped our drinks in front of our feet. Didn't even apologize just walked away and we had to clean her mess ourselves. After finishing our meal it took an additional 45 minutes to get our check. She took so long I had to ask Maggie to help us in which I was ignored. 10 minutes later Evelyn shows up and asks if we can leave her a tip. I laughed in her face and left. I will never come back to this establishment and I don't recommend any service member or anyone for that matter. The environment of this restaurant was very hostile and it's clear the people working here were very unorganized and confused. And if the excuse of the poor service was it was a busy day because of the Veterans Day holiday is not an excuse. There was at least 6 employees on their phones just laughing amongst themselves. Worse $42 I've ever spent.

The food was top-notch and our server did an excellent job. Had a slight issue with the hostess, Ash, when requesting a high chair for our kid. Maybe she was having an off day. We're optimistic about our next visit!
A good Buffalo Wild Wings with attentive service it can get busy around normal meal hours except for lunch on a normal duty day. Sadly, out of cheese curds when I went in.

Went into the restaurant with my family way before closing. My family and I experienced terrible service. It took about twenty minutes before a server went to our table. Then we waited about 15 minutes for beers (for the wife and I) and strawberry lemonades for our daughters. Then we waited for about 45 minutes for our food to arrive. After waiting so long, we were expecting fresh food. However, cold and dry wings arrived instead. French fries were super cold. You could clearly tell they were giving us the left overs from the day. They were super concerned about closing and leaving. Again, we got there way before closing time. It is disappointing that this type of service is given to our troops and veterans who visit.

Walked in excited to eat. Waited 10 minutes before a hostess greeted us. Then was told she has only enough servers to serve those sitting. But the restaurant was not busy and I would guess they had 15 tables open at the time. Thursday prior to a 4 day weekend. Garbage service!!!!
