The staff was friendly but the food was disappointing. The breakfast eggs were watery, had no flavor. French toast sticks were extremely over cooked. Overall, it’s what I expect for an Army BK.Parking: Lots of spots available at 9 am because soldiers are heading to formation

Went there during my lunch hour and apent 11 dlls they give me a dry sandwich with two stripes of bacon I ask for jalapenos and they only put two slices the chicken was very dry it look like the chicken has been there thw whole morning I had to trow it away it was nasty

What is far more disgusting than the old crusty breakfast croissants is the lack of alternative options except for on post eateries. This place will never change, because there won't be a reason for them to. If you choose to eat here expect your food to be served cold, and your service less than desirable with a heaping of attitude.

This is my last resort to eat because there isn’t much else nearby except subway, and their line is usually long. Went here at 1:25 PM on a Sunday. Nobody answered the drive thru. Went inside and they said they were closed until 2 PM? Didn’t make sense, didn’t match posted hours. Last time I ate here my food tasted like it was in the warmer for an hour. Restaurant doesn’t obey it’s mandatory hold times. Seems to be little management oversight.

Service and food is poor every time I go. I think I could deal with the poor attitudes of the workers if the food was any close to being up to par even of a poorly ran Burger King but the food is almost inedible.I’ve only been a few times. Won’t be going back I will just find other options on post.

I ordered a cookie and cream shake and while drinking my shake I felt something hard and it turned out to be a black piece of plastic. I talked to the worker and she said idk that's what came out of the machine.

Ordered a Whopper Jr meal with a large side of onion rings and spicy ch'king. Got to my place, the "large" onion rings was five old onion rings on top of crusty old fries to make the container look full. The ch'king was dry and barely had any of its signature spicy sauce, and the order of fries that came with the Whopper Jr were scraps. There was also no onion rings sauce included. This is all around poor service.

I order the same exact thing every time, and without fail it is different every time. Severe lack of training or caring at this location. This trip had raw bacon on one of my sandwiches, dried beef patties that had sat in the heater for about an hour longer than they should have, and two top buns- and it was the closest they have come to getting it correct.

It did not take long for me to get my food but if you don’t ask for it fresh and wait the 6 mins your food may not be no where near fresh. My food has been lukewarm and under the heater all day. Came here on several occasions and this has happened, had to take food back because the order was wrong and remade sometimes up to three or four times. This is ridiculous! One positive thing is the manager is very professional and will make sure it’s fresh or get it remade and very courteous
