I am a regular customer i love your vanilla ice coffee. Its rhe best including the donuts or cookies. But let me give a big shout out to the crew who gives us awesome customer expetience with a smile and. Just such great interaction that makes us want to come everyday. Twostars cause usually service is good but past couple of times I’ve gone they treat me rudely I work at freedom crossing too and it seems as if when I wear my name tag they are rude but when I don’t they are nice I don’t get it also i come get something almost every day

Awesome. It’s a young, respectful guy who is typically the cashier. He is totally sweet & awesome. His work ethic and personality is impeccable. My husband has been getting Cinnabon frequently since we’ve been mobilizing & he said “babe, that guy is so nice.” I told him to tell him and then I had the pleasure to meet him. I hope this company honors their employees & rewards employees like him!!! Amazing!

Food is decent. Service can be hit or miss. Doesn't make sense that it doesn't open up before 0900 because I consider it breakfast food and most people are at work at that time.
