There is a New female barista and i literally don’t like my coffee when she is there, i had to return it once, and today i went in again thinking that it was a silly mistake, but again my coffee don’t taste like it suppose to… i don’t really feel like going and return it because the last time she gave me attitude. I don’t know her name but she is a blonde white female, anyone else working there it’s Good.

I did not know this location was here, what a great surprise. When I stopped by the store, both employees were amazing! They were so kind, and made the experience delightful. My drink was delicious. They truly made my day.

The experience is everything! I don't mind waiting but when you have a bunch of workers and the service is slow and seems to be everywhere it becomes frustrating to wait. I placed a mobile order thinking it would be better to skip the line but no they wait until the last on store customers order is placed then they get to the mobile orders.. just horrible structure..

Ordered caramel frap without whipping cream. It came out tasted like water and milk no caramel, I returned he brought it to the other associate and talk and laughed before making me another one which he threw back in the blender and add syrup to it and ice which make it even more bad now it’s all watery! I couldn’t even give it back because he has the attitude so I have to go to another Starbucks to get another drink! Please make it right next time! I’m sorry maybe we come in 30 min before you close but you can always tell me that you don’t have the drink or can’t make it! Don’t ever make your drink with attitude! We paid and we don’t need that energy! And he is the manger so can’t even ask for the manager in this case! Picture bellow If you ever have caramel frap you know it should not look like that thick layer and no blended ice because it all watered down

Literally everytime I come in and the older lady with glasses is working she’s either super loud or slow. Just watched her let the line get longer and stop making sandwiches to dust off the back of the coffee machine by the water bottles while only one girl was making all the drinks! She was killing it btw!

I understand if it'd happen once or twice, but keeps happening.To my knowledge if you bring your cup in the store you're suppose to get 10cent off your drink and additional 25 star rewards. But they never do. The Barristers tell me the same thing over again, but me trying to let them know that it isn't right and they don't listen for the 6th time. Ugh.Not going back there, I'll just going to other Starbies.And the store is usually out of ingredients.The store should know more about customers bringing their cups for drinks in the store.

Services is definitely inconsistent. Some of workers are great. Others just don't even care and just ruin your day. Maybe since there isn't really any other choice nearby, there's no incentive.

Every time I come to this location, there is always an issue. Terrible customer service. And the manager is very snappy and rude.

Unprofessional and slow pace of work. I was done with my order when another employee hopped on the cashier's register while on the phone. No excuse me or sorry. Didn't call my order by name, spell my name correctly, nor allowed me to scan for rewards. It's Starbucks, last I checked. There were literally 5 people in front of us and our food got cold before the drinks were ready. The drinks were poorly blended and they were out our preferred -and the most commonly ordered breakfast sandwich.
