Went in and got a BLT, cashier charged me for a BMT which was $2 more. Im not a confrontational person so I didn't inform the cashier of her mistake but i did openly complain about the price of my BLT and she either never realized the mistake or decided not to correct it.

Never going back. The young girl who works the morning shift is extremely rude and slams and rolls her eyes at the customers. If she doesn’t like her job she can always find a new one subway shouldn’t have employees who make them look bad .. not the first person to go through this experience here .. I would give 0 stars if I could

I go in almost every 3 days to subway on far east Bliss. There is a female by the name of Carlie. I believe that is how you spell it. She is very rude, and she needs to be trained to have better customer service skills. I don't know what she has against me, but it has been a few times that she has been rude. I went on the 23rd of April. She was training a new cashier. I had a coupon for a 12" sub (buy one get one free) She ended up charging me $22.00 for the sandwiches. I saw my bank statement and she did not give me one free. I am afraid to lose my cool one day and pull her from behind the counter...

Every employee I have interacted with has been professional and my sandwiches have been made to order. At times, they don’t have the specific bread I would like, but that isn’t a big issue. The staff is friendly, and the produce has been fresh.
I like Subway for their ultimate made-to-order anyway you like it right in front of your eyes production show. You know you are required to make some split-second decisions...the choice of a freshly baked bread/or flat bread/wrap, meat/cheese combo, whether you want your meat/cheese to be toasted, fresh vegetable ingredients, any sauce/oil & vinegar... The choices of your flavor combination are almost astronomical in scale.Actually, Google says the possibilities are endless when choosing what to add to your sub. There are nearly 38 million total combinations available on the menu. That means if you eat one combination subway sandwich a day, it will take you over 285 years to try all the combinations that there are?! The possibilities are literally endless! In this very challenging period of dealing with strict observances of social distancing, wearing masks, "stay home, stay safe" COVID-19 environment, Subway is one of my somewhat limited lunch options left that I truly enjoy. I'm glad I can still have some varieties of choices in lunch menu. I'm thankful for the workers here who make my sandwich every time I come and order my choice of subs. Well, lately I'm enjoying my spinach wraps... It is very refreshing to me. What more can I say about Subway Sandwich than what has been already said? Now, the store hours are shortened a little due to COVID-19 situation. Other than that there's no limitations right now. It doesn't really bother me that much since I normally come here for my lunch. I'm very happy with their service.

On Thursday, September the 3rd at 11:49 went in for a 6 inch steak and cheese, sandwich was good but the old lady that works there is not a good employee, bad service. Threw the receipt like I was nothing, haha what is that? I mean she’s old why is she still working there with that attitude, retirement is all she needs to think about.

This subway is pretty good I think some workers there ether have a attitude nice or too slow and have to repeat your order but in the end the sandwich taste really fresh and I love there cookies.
