“To my experience while at any military base Charleys Philly Steaks are so yummy. I love their shaved grilled steak and delicious fries with vinegar and seasoning. If you want a "healthier" meal you may get the same delicious shaved steak or chicken with a salad. The reason I give 4 out of 5 stars to Charleys Philly Steaks in Fort Sam Houston PX Food Court is because they didn't have any vinegar not seasoning for their fries. Like really? Those two are absolutely essential for the complete yummylicious Charleys Experience. Other than that Charleys has reliable costumer service. Plus the waiting time is a bit above average because they are always busy. Happy Yummy Times“

“Great cheesesteaks! The restaurant is in what appears to be a convenient store so make sure to try and go not during lunch time hours or parking is a bit of a challenge. Ambiance is ok but you're not there for that, get the sandwich and eat it, you will not be disappointed. Oh and the owner is awesome, a really nice and friendly place.“

“Very very yum for a pregnant people and anyone Food is child friendly especially for a picky 2 year old and I love that the food plus fries tastes delicious ? even if you have to re heat after accouple hours I suggest also the fries that have parmesan that comes with the cheese dip soooo good I didn't get to go back and get my frozen ice but I would definitely go again for all of itKid-friendliness: The pizza one was loved by my 2 year old and he's very picky“

“Not only was the food amazing, it truly tasted like an east coast sub. They also helped me out. I had accidentally ordered from the wrong location. The customer service representative quickly got our order cancelled at that location and placed our order at the correct one. She went above and beyond to insure I received great customer service“

I watch this young lady run around from station to station making sure all customers food was prepared properly all while in a rush and smile on her face. “It's located in the food court on the first floor of the mall. The cheese stake sandwich is made fresh and piping hot right in front of you and is very delicious. Two types of chili peppers of your choice. In this day and age, it's so delicious at this price in the heart of downtown! “I've been her a couple times to pick up my to go order. I order from the app and go inside the walmart to get my order. I have been lucky enough to see Kelly both times and I want to take time to say she is very nice and polite to her customers. She greets everyone with a big beautiful smile.
