The food I received at the drive through was disgusting..It was squashed flat,wet and sloppy.Fries were stone cold and hard.Meal was not fit for consumption!! Went straight in the trash..NEVER AGAIN will I do business at this location..

I went to pickup lunch for my coworker and I. Service was ok but I was in a rush and didn't check the food. I ordered a double beef and cheddar and what I got was the standard. The meal alone is like 13 bucks. And got half the meat I ordered. About a month ago I ordered the large beef and cheddar and got the standard normal beef with no cheese. That was around 15 bucks. FYI check your food. They rip you off here.
This location varies in service levels. Most recently, 1 star. The drive through is blocked in by a curb, so once you’re in, you’re IN. 5 min wait at the drive thru window just to be told they’re sold out of the item I want.Can I leave? Nope. I’m stuck because the drive thru blocks you in. No reversing, no jumping the curb. Just wait on slow service to eventually pull through or settle for food you didn’t really want.

We ordered at the drive thru with only 1 car Infront of us. We pulled around and the car sat Infront of us for 20 mins and nobody had even opened the window for them! There's no way to exit so we had to just sit and wait. This is supposed to be FAST FOOD but the service is terrible. It's 7:30pm on a Sunday, that's dinner time you'd think they would have more than 1 person working. The food was what was expected from Arbys, strawberry shake really good super thick and.creamy. I had a Greek gyro flavor was good and hunny had a burger he said not much flavor though for wagyu.

Waited 20 plus minutes for food. Got order wrong 3 times. Kept apologizing, kept screwing up so much my wife dropped the f bomb instead of me doing it. Some people walked in after 10 minutes they walked out, I told them wise choice. Will not be going there again. Two places black balled on that road. Them and long John silvers. Save time, money, and aggravation, don't go to these places.
