I am sure we all know this but I will say it anyways . This place , just like any other fast food business is short on staff BUT what sets this Arby’s apart from other fast food places is this Arby’s only had 2 employees working today and they were still able to serve all of their customers . The 2 employees had a smile on their faces with positive attitudes .I just wanted to make sure these employees are recognized. Great job Arby’s staff !

I had an issue with my online order from this location. I was able to address the issue through corporate to get a partial refund. Not only did I get the refund but was also called directly by the general manager Kim. She called to let me know she was making sure my refund went through and to apologize for the inconvenience! I really appreciate the personal touch l.

My son stood inside waiting for our order for 10 minutes before I finally went to find out what the hold up was. When I get there they tell me we're waiting on Fries, I said for 10 minutes? He just walked away. The manager is working the kitchen, continuously looks at me & can clearly see I'm upset but chooses to completely ignore me. Then the drive thru girl asks if I've been helped. I said I ordered online 15 minutes ago. She laughs & jokes about me to the guy working with her. I stated that it wasn't funny & then was completely ignored by everyone in the store. I don't think this place can or will ever get better...

I ordered the new fish fries. I got only the fish they forgot the fried. I was told to wait in my car for the fries. It's been 20 minutes and the temperature outside is 111f. And still no fried!!!!!! I'm not surprised that your review rating is so low!!!!

were out of shakes and ordered online. Not sure how to cancel, but really inconvenient especially when not given an option. Still have yet to Receive a response from customer support team. Easily the worst guest support without a doubt I’ve ever had. Very uncaring and unresponsive at best. In no way was I ever given contact by email or text. Have no way else to fix problem.
I’m bandaged from head to toe and have been making medical runs all day with nothing but poor experiences. I post this with all seriousness in my words when I say that the woman taking care of my service at this Arby’s by simply doing her job correctly and politely asking if there’s anything else we need, made my day 110% better. I should have asked her name but I appreciate her very much! Foods good too

Wagyu burger didn't taste like last time. It resembled a frozen bubba burger patty, and was not juicy at all, more like cardboard. No orange cream shake avail. Lastly, I couldn't even get grilled onions or mustard on it. Gave me some mustard packs and offered onion straws. I was disappointed.
