Horrible attitude from the lady that took our order and helped us at the window. She was very belittling, rude and just flat out disrespectful. Not sure if she’s a manager or just an employee but when I asked for her name she said it was on the receipt however the name on the receipt was Jakob O and I don’t think that was her. If I’m not mistaken Jakob O was the one who ran the food out to our car and if so, he was very nice and apologetic. Can’t say the same about her.

Piss pour attitude from Long John worker, disrespectful and appalled. I was polite the entire interaction and the lady was rude and belittling, I stated I don't appreciate the way your talking to me and would like my card back, all because their tap machine wasn't working and my card is perfectly fine works everywhere else no problem. She the continued to try and tap the card and the swipped it even though I ask for my card back and to cancel my order 5 seconds ago. Then proceeded to tash trying to defend her piss pour attitude and not know why I wanted my money back. I thenhad to explain her attitude and the way she talked was the reason why I was leaving and her excuse was well I'm from the north.

Lady at the window has a attitude problem ordered 3 large root beer floats for my family and tried charging me for 2 and when I told her I had 3 she rolls her eyes and just walks off for a moment. As soon as we got the root beer float she doesn't bother to hand me any napkins meanwhile my float is leaking out from the cup and getting all over the car seats . This place really needs to reconsider who they hire for customer service quality cause this was just not it. You can get better service at mcdonalds.

Stopped in last night a little bit before closing due that we were unaware of the hours, The crew that works at this A&W and the Kid working drive-thru were awesome! They were extremely accommodating,friendly and the food was hot and fresh. I was impressed at the level of customer service these people expressed given that's hard to come by anymore or anyone that actually gives a rip about their job

Fried chicken planks are greasy. The cashier didn't know anything about the kind of fish used or if plank were breast meat or pre-formed. She didn't seem happy that I asked her if she could find out, but now we both know planks are breast meat, and the fish is pollock. Malt vinegar is a healthful add. You must ask for their 10% senior discount. They were so nice to give it to me as a refund. A high point was that it's quiet there when coworkers aren't talking with the cook! And, grease really moisturized my lips.

A&W was Microwaving Hamburgers and Hot Dogs, so I stopped going! are they still using the Microwave to heat up food like BK does.

The food was awesome, but they need to update the whole restaurant and they need to clean the floors more frequently in the kitchen.. you can see cooked fish batter crums on the floor everywhere in the kitchen.Also the landscaping outside needs to be mowed and cleaned up.
The drive thru cashier was extremely rude was completely rushing me to place I left the drive thru I will not give my hard paying money to a company that allows there employees to rush the customer

first time here was tonight! my boyfriend got the cony dog, and i got the A2...very good food, great service, and an awesome staff of friendly employees! the onion rings are the best! i also loooove the 50s diner style set up!! the sweet older lady, Pam, reminds me of an elderly lady i used to work with who was also over-the-top sweet ❤️
