We've been buying sandwiches here since they opened a few years ago. The quality of their food have definitely gone downhill which is so disappointing. Their bread used to be crispy and chewy but is now soft and basic--very similar to bread used in sub sandwiches at a deli shop. Also, the amount of meat they put into the sandwiches has basically been cut in half, while the prices have increased. My small 10 year old was still hungry after finishing his usual sandwich--a few months ago, 1/2 a sandwich would be enough to fill him up. I sure hope they fix this, otherwise, this won't be worth the prices they're charging.

I think they have the best dumplings in Ft. Worth, Texas. They give very good coupons well worth saving and using. The staff is very pleasant and get your order to you quickly. I have enjoyed every visit. I recommend this place to all my friends. So, sign up for their loyalty program for the coupons and discounts.

LOVE this place. Delicious fresh food and friendly fast service. And it's Asian owned! So grateful for places like this in the north Fort Worth area. Glad I don't have to drive out to Arlington or Carrollton for authentic and delicious Vietnamese fast food. I am forever a long time patron and love putting my friends and family onto this spot!

I have been a regular here forever. You have clearly raised prices which I understand. But why are your sandwiches SMALLER now? We are paying more for a smaller amount of product?? Please make this make sense. Also, your service has gone downhill and is very slow. The young guy at the front who seems to be in charge now is clueless. I miss the old staff and the way the food used to be. The quality of your boba drinks and smoothies has also gotten worse. Seems like you have a bunch of new, untrained staff. I miss the old BMV. You're going to lose customers if this continues.

We just moved to the area and have started looking for new local fav spots. I've been looking for a good Bahn Mi place for years and haven't had any luck. Well I found it!!! I got the Piggy Piggy and egg rolls and hubby got the round steak Pho and both were AMAZING!!! We found a new spot thank you!!!

Came here based on reviews, used to live in the Carrollton area and this place was incredible! Service is slightly slow due to being understaffed, but 100% worth the wait. Will be coming back, everything is fresh, made to order and so cheap!!!

This place has gone down hill. The last two times I ordered the Banh mi, it wasn't on that crispy French bread that is what makes it so delicious. Rather it is some type of dry, cheap, Italian hoagie roll. I used to order here all the time, but the past two times it has been disappointing. Shame, it was a great place before.

I ordered the Eye of Round Pho, Happy Plate, and Double Trouble Summer Roll for delivery via UberEats. I wasn't too impressed with the Happy Plate or the Double Trouble Summer Rolls. The Happy Plate meat was a bit dry and the DTSR had hard boiled egg in them, which I didn't like. The Pho, however, was a completely different story. The broth, noodle, meat, bean sprouts, herbs, lime, sliced jalapeno, hoisin sauce, and chili paste all arrived separately and fresh. I particularly loved the fact that the meat was still very rare without any sign of discoloration. Have we I ordered since? No. Was I glad I tried them out? Yes.

This place has shady prices. I used to be a regular customer but no more. I have tried multiple times to order their banh mi in bulk... buy x amount get a banh mi free. Sounds straight forward enough until you realize on the receipt they nickel and dime you on the free banh mi. I called them out on the math but the male manager and check out girl made up the excuse they raised their price and going off topic that I ordered a lot. Made no "cents." By the way, the said raised price was inconsistent with the marketed online and the menu written on their wall. Now forget about their useless app coupon unless you order 1 item and fight for it. The customer service is awful. The check out girls roll their eyes whenever a customer walks in as if they don't want to be there helping out the family business and give the customer an attitude. On a final note, I walked into the restaurant to make an early lunch order for my office 5 minutes before open time. The girl behind the counter asked me to leave and wait in my car. All right, I get it, you're not open and won't take orders. As I walked out another customer came in and the check out girl took her order. The wait in your car for 5 minutes only applied to me.

We come here regularly and are never disappointed. I recommend signing up for their loyalty program for coupons and discounts! I almost always get the #6 meat lover's. Their Vietnamese iced coffee is also one of my favorites in the area (and I've tried a lot!)

I love their summer rolls. I am a big fan. I liked Thai Boba Tea, Tarot Smoothies, combination Pho.

STAY AWAY I would rate 0 star for a Toxic service. Sandwitch is disgusting, the employee at the front check out being very mean and racist. the price too expense compare to others stores.

came here for the first time on a Thursday, came back that Saturday. the food is that good u had the meat lovers w egg rolls per their recommendation and it was delicious. today I tried the bang bang chicken and rocket shrimp, loveee the shrimp over the egg roll but the meat lovers banh mi in my opinion is better than the chicken. workers are friendly, prices are good and drinks are good. will be a frequent customer!

This is one type of sandwich that leaves me in a conundrum....I don't like nearly anything on the sandwich, but somehow when everything is together, it is nothing short of amazing. Also the price is outstanding. This time I tried the bang bang chicken banh mi and it was really good, though think I prefer the pork. It has cilantro, carrots, cucumbers, and jalapenos... All fresh and I can't stand any of those except jalapenos, but finished every bite because it's an amazing sandwich. I also got a small order of egg rolls (come in 2 piece or 4 piece), and the Bavarian creme churro (which is very weird from a Vietnamese place, but I wanted something for dessert). The egg rolls are pretty good, albeit possibly over fried since we extra flaky and hard, but still very good. The churro was nothing special and could have easily avoided getting that, but now I know. The price for this very tasty lunch? Just over $10, which is very good.
