Chef Andres is a talented chef and a huge contributor to the Fort Worth community! The Boca 31 empanadas are the most delicious pastries I have ever had!—both the savory and the desert ones! The tacos are perfection! Extreme attention to detail and a pure passion for cooking can be tasted in every flavor-packed bite!
There are very few places in The Fort with fried plantains and empanadas- delish!!! We got the cubano and a chicken pastor bowl (the flavor and tenderness of the chicken was perfect). I've waited over a year to try it because they arent open during the weekend when I normally eat out- but worth the wait.

I was on my way to the sandwich shop next door to this place when a man stopped me and implored me to try the place next door because he said the food was amazing and they even do food prep for him. I had been thinking I'd try it and felt like the universe was giving me the go ahead. I had the special, which was a chicken al pastor empanada and the al pastor rice bowl.
