No one acknowledged we were even there for at 10 minutes even though 3 or 4 people kept walking by us, then when the girl started helping us, we had to keep repeating our order so she didn't get it wrong. Then she didn't even make a double scoop ice cream come right. We ended up leaving without anything. We got so frustrated. Very poor service. Go somewhere else.

Who knew braum's was the place to be on a Sunday evening? "Not me" but now I know" in spite the long drive thru line and the full lobby, these ladies and gentlemen rivaled a high tech robot filled GM plant and made "light work" of what appeared to be utter chaos. Good job braum's, I'll come earlier next time. ?

Acted rude when I ask to have my double dip cone put in a to go container when they handed me an unpackaged cone in the dive thru. They acted like I was crazy for not wanted to drive home while holding an ice cream cone. In the end they gave me a tiny cup that didn’t fit, and made me cram it in said tiny cup. Just put it in a plastic clam shell, is that too much to expect?
