very unprofessional the lady who she was getting order was very rude and was talking with attitude i was asking double dip with different flavor but she was keep saying what kind what kind you cant do that although its simple you buy what ever flavor you like not the they want i was pissed.

Store mixed up my entire order terribly, not even funny. I don't understand what the hiring process is in order to be qualified but my dog can surpass this stores standards. In what head does it occur to put caramel sauce and peanuts on top of not one but two brownie FUDGE sundaes?Milkshakes thicker than the ice cream in my freezer knife couldn’t even cut thru. I should really be receiving a full refund for my order and an apology for how sorry this order and service was. Even the manager was too ashamed to pick up these phone calls.

My friends went out, called me if I wanted anything from Braum's, and I ordered a brownie fudge sundae. While still on the call, I heard them say 'brownie FUDGE sundae.' However, they returned with caramel on it instead. It's baffling how they could mess up so badly. Then my friend was even saying how they were playing, giggling, flirting, etc. Like you have a job!!I can't comprehend how they were hired, and to add to the disappointment, they were stingy with the caramel. Shame, shame, shame.

Closed at 10:00 online it says it closes at 10:45.Update: Came back again after a while and I asked staff for a banana split just to be told there is no bananas AND THE BANANAS WERE RIGHT BEHIND THEM. I asked again so there aren’t any bananas and they all respond with no. I asked what is behind you just to not get a response they just continued to make it all angry and upset
I just stood inside this place for 10 minutes with no one coming to take any orders even though 4 employees were just standing there. I walked out, went through the drive thru, & the person that was in front of me when I walked out the store was STILL WAITING for someone to take their order by the time I left the drive thru. That's just CRAZY! Do better. Why r u paying people to just stand around?! Get on that because whoever is managing the store at this very moment AIN'T ON IT.

Friendly,and you don't have to wait long for your food. One of my favorite places.
The fat black lady who clearly isn't required to wear a name tag like her coworkers, is very clearly not wanting to be here and appears irritated that a customer would dare to be served at this location. I think that the manager should give her what she wants and let her go, she does not belong in customer service. Feb 16, 12:30
