This place really has me speechless. I don't usually get burgers at BBQ joints, but man this was one of the best burgers I've ever had. Service was a taddd slow but nothing concerning. There were a lot of people there and I arrived only 30 minutes after they opened. That shows you how good this place is. The restaurant can get a little loud but there's a nice patio that is also pet friendly.

Food, service and vibe is on point! Best casual lunch, brunch and dinner spot in Fort Worth. Cocktails don't disappoint either! I'd come here 7 days a week if I could. Pro Tip: Don't sleep on the Ragu!

I do not think it is fair to compare a Brix Burger to any hamburger, as I believe the Brix Burger is in a class of its own. All of the food I had at Brix Barbecue was delicious, the employees were very friendly, and the atmosphere was great. Highly recommend Brix Barbecue, as you will not be disappointed.

I will never come here again. My first experience with the brisket was perfect 10 out of 10 will recommend. So me and hubby came back today when they FIRST opened to get the burnt ends and let me tell you I was so disappointed. They gave us so much fat, the meat was old and you can tell because It tasted like old paper. It was horrible and we spent $50 on that. Money wasted! I don’t understand why we didn’t get fresh burnt ends especially since they just opened for the day. But hey, this will be the last $50 they get from the Freemon foundation

I have lunched here twice and both times have been a fantastic experience. The food and atmosphere are top notch. Will be coming back as frequently as I can!Kid-friendliness: Nice outdoor space for the kids to run around and stretch their legs.

The food is absolutely phenomenal here. I love their burnt ends. I always go with brisket, which you can do fatty or lean. Def still need to try their brix burger & brunch pancakes! I always get Barbacoa to go and brisket. The service is always great. They have a nice new bartender, and the owner is usually always nearby to make sure guests are enjoying their food and service. It's very convenient to place an order at the window and sit down with your number, the barbecue comes out pretty fast and you can refill your own soda drinks and get your own silverware and barbecue sauce. My fave bbq in Funkytown!

Brisket sandwich with fries: The brisket wasn't dry but it wasn't dripping, huge portion, the flavor was great, the bun was a homerun. Not a big fan of krinkle cut fries, but the seasoning was awesome. The only thing I have to mention is I came around 2:30pm, I recommend showing up earlier when the selection is more available still. Like all great BBQ, they sell out most items right after the lunch rush. I think Brix is a good contender for top 50 in DFW as far as their food goes, however they could work on having a more consistent service up front. I placed the same order as my buddy before me. They didn't give him pickles or pickled onions like they gave me. They forgot my fries, but when I mentioned it, one of the kitchen staff was super polite and got my fries. The atmosphere inside and out was great, loved the covered patio. They also have little peppermint canes and dog treats inside, very cool!Overall 8.5/10

Can confirm, they do run out of food, luckily for me my mission was the Hot Chicken Sandwich and it didn't disappoint! Although I didn't find the chicken hot, it was well seasoned and the jalepeno sauce was a nice addition!! I topped it with the jalepeno slaw which provided another level of sweet crunch to the Sandwich. The burnt ends were also a nice treat! I'll be back to try the elote, pulled pork and brisket(all were sold out).

My boyfriend and I decided to try out this spot. Walked in and the atmosphere was nice and the smell was inviting. However, there were only three items available (no biggie). I got the Brix burger and my boyfriend got the barbacoa tacos. The gentleman asked if we wanted drinks but I declined. Once the food arrived I was like oh wow no fries. I asked my boyfriend can he order fries. The gentleman who took our order stated they were out of fries as another cook walked from the back to the kitchen with two bags of fries. They started cooking it , like they didn’t just tell my bf . “We didn’t have fries.”It would been okay if the came to us and said sorry we do but didn’t even bother.Like why lie
