I just spent good money on an impossible burger combo and nuggets. The burger was lukewarm and fries were cold. Not to mention the nuggets were stale and hard as a rock. If I was not pressed for time, I would go back and ask for my money back. I called and the phone just rang. Unacceptably!!
Hot fries and good burgers! I love the Impossible King burgers and hope they never stop making them. As a vegetarian sometimes I just need a fast food burger and this is IT!!! So tasty and well-made.

My husband just had the most awesome customer service experience ever in this Burger King or anywhere. Today at this location the gentleman who waited on him was great and the food was prepared perfectly. We had stopped going to Burger King because for the past several years they were all horrible but today changes that. He is a great asset to your company.

I went to the Burger King at I20 and Mansfield HWY. First of all, they were out of bisquits. No problem. I just changed to croissants. What my problem was, was this. I must have told them sausage at least three different times, and still, they messed it up! When I got home, they had bacon instead.

Worst burger king ever . Every single time I go there I ask for easy mustard. An everytime they put so much mustard on you can't even eat it. I understand people hate there jobs but if ur gonna work at those place do ur Job right . This is ridiculous. An if u Try an say something or take it back you have to worry about someone spitting in ur food . Will never eat here again .
