Not the best burger, but also not the worst. It's your typical "fast" sit down burger joint. I liked the different style burgers they had available. I ordered their SWAG burger because of the peppers and it was pretty good. Burger was perfect size to fill me and the peppers were spicy! The bun was really soft too. My only real complaint was the dryness of the patty. It desperately needed moisture. My husband had their breakfast all day burger and he was a huge fan! There was an egg and a hashbrown in it! Super cool idea and it paid off considering he finished the whole thing. Lol We ordered a side of their onion rings and parm fries. The onion rings were so crispy and I liked the thin layer of batter. They don't skimp on the toppings on the fries either! Wish I had room for one of their milkshakes because they had so many great options, but maybe next time!

I have eaten at this location several times and also ordered take out. This is a different burger experience. The food was a surprisingly good. The service was good. The staff was not the friendliest or most knowledgeable. The prices were high in my opinion. I certainly recommend the in dine experience over take out, as the food is better right away. It is worth a try if you have never been before!

So disappointed. I ordered the Vegan Beyond Burger online (as I have several times before). I picked up my order then drove all the way home only to find I'd received a beef burger with mayo. Inexcusable.

When your “Green Style” burger is more brown than green. Last few times we’ve been in this location there have been only kids working, no adult supervision. And the quality has been going downhill each time. Kids are fine if they have pride in doing a good job and producing a good product. Brown lettuce like this is either poor training, lack of pride, or both. Come on - you can do better than this!

So I first had BurgerFi in Ft. Lauderdale. I loved it so much I hopes Dallas would get one. Well we finally got one and while not as good for some odd reason, still top of the line. The Beyond burger is great as is any of the traditional burgers. The brand stamp looks better in person.

First time here. Lots of seating and very clean. Service was ok. Order came out wrong. Burger was really good, as were the fries. Fries can definitely be shared. The order is huge! The only reason for deducting a star was price. I have a hard time paying $20 for a burger, fries and drink.

What did I just spent my money on? You can get way better food from jack in the box for a cheaper price. The burger is so small just like at any other fast food burger place. I ordered the fries urban style "amplified" and all I got was very little grated Parmesan cheese on my fries. Where's the drizzle sauce that I've seen all over Yelp? The chicken tenders was more like nuggets. Cajun Fries was very Soggy and just taste like frozen regular fries from Walmart. Nothing special. I felt like I over paid for the food here. Better off going to whataburger, in &out or five guys. I won't be coming back for sure. Save your money and go somewhere else.

The burgers were good, but greasy and we were waiting for our food a long time. No one was in there, most ppl picked up their food. The fries were cold and greasy. It was very expensive and l expected more. Nothing was on the burger nor were we informed that would be the case. No mayo no mustard. It was our date night meal. Over $30.00 for 2 burgers 1 fry and one onion ring. A total bust. We ate at Burger Fi in Florida, we knew it would be expensive but good. The burgers were good but why so greasy? The fries cold and greasy. Never again.

So disappointing. Burgerfi is our favorite place in FL, so we got excited seeing it in TX. Place was empty when we arrived, which should have been the first sign. The cashier, Ashley, looked miserable to be there. We asked how big the large fry was and she said the size of of pan, so we ordered the large to share 3 ways. Food came and we got a small fry, I went back and told her that my size was wrong and she said that is the large, I said that’s not the size of the pan, she huffed and said I’ll get you another fry it’s fine and walked away, she then started yelling at the kitchen staff over another order. The manger then came out to deal with the issues. I told him I had no problem paying for another order. He was nice and said he was getting another order on the house and to sit down. None of our burgers were hot, cheese wasn’t even melted and I wasn’t going to complain again. My daughter ordered the Oreo concrete, which was just a scoop of ice cream with 4 wafers thrown on top. Biggest waste of $50 ever spent.

The burgers are good. Average fair. Kind of up there in price, 5 of us and 1 kid and we hit 130 dollars. If you want to get the custard go to Andy's. That was very disappointing. I don't expect it to look exactly like the picture but I did expect something more than a little custard and 3 broken oreos.
