The service was OK that wasn't the issue. The food is overly salty that it was not edible. I couldn't eat my food and enjoy it. Won't be back to eat here. Bread rolls were hard and more like biscuits you'd find at a Cracker Barrel.

This is a true gem. The food has to be authentic Italian cuisines. The pizza is always fresh, and the simple oil and herbs could be a dish for itself. We saw a review about having the best tiramisu in town, and we agree that it makes the top 5.Parking: It's located in a shopping center where there are many spots to park

If you are a TCU student, do not come to this establishment! They are extremely rude (wait staff/host/hostesses/etc.) to students or young people that they assume are students. Food takes ridiculously long to come out, they sometimes won't even give us menus and they will just tell us what we are allowed to order. Additionally, the main hostess (I assume the owner) was being extremely rude to us and made us feel unwelcome. Don't open a BYOB restaurant next to a college campus if you don't want college student business:)

I love cafe bella and it's one of the only good Italian places in FW that I know of. They have good bread, pretty good food overall and especially for the price you're getting it, and really pretty scenery and ambiance. I love that it's BYOB and it's a great place for a date to drink wine and have a nice dinner at reasonable price. The only thing I'll say is that 90% of the time the service sucks. Just be prepared to wait 15 minutes to get water and wine glasses once you're seated. The staff is very friendly and I still enjoy going, but you just have to be aware going into it that the service will most likely be slow.

Stopped in because we had driven by a few times. A Monday night and it was packed. Had no idea it was BYOB so good thing Albertsons was across the parking lot for a bottle of wine. Service and food were amazing! Can't wait to go back.

A rare example of good Italian food in the area. Reasonably priced lunch specials are appealing.

My husband and I ate there last night with our friends. We took A bottle of wine to drink. Each of us something different. It was all wonderful. I ordered chicken piccata, my friend got chicken Marsala, my husband got spaghetti and my friends husband got penne vodka. We all ordered salad to go with our dinner. They served delicious hot fresh bread with oil. After dinner we shared tiramisu and a cannoli. Our bill with tip was $102. Great atmosphere and our waitress was very attentive. We will be back.

Came here for dinner. Ordered a chicken Alfredo for 23 dollars... RIP my bank account. Let's start with how long it took for our food. 1 hour wait -ridiculous- f.y.I my grandma can cook faster and she's dead. The chicken Alfredo pasta was more of a watered down soup. The chicken in it looked like toes and the water was yellow. I have second hand embarrassment for the chef who made it and i don't even know who they are. Never cumming back...ever again. They must pay people to leave a good review bc the are the fakest reviews ever. 100/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.
