Whenever I'm in town, I make it a point to visit Cafe Republic, where the service is speedy and the food is consistently delicious! My favorite dish to order is the Republic Benedict, as I haven't quite mastered the art of making poached eggs at home. Every time, the poached eggs are perfectly cooked, and the hollandaise sauce complements them beautifully. And let's not forget about the tasty hash browns on the side—they are delicious too!

Extremely overpriced. An small glass of a not even good orange was $6. Food was okay but nothing compared to other restaurants like Seven Miles. Also, what’s up with all the weird “back the blue” stuff?

The food was very good. I had a classic breakfast, and the hash browns were banging. Eggs and bacon were cooked right, and the sourdough toast was well buttered. Definitely will eat here again, and I highly recommend this restaurant.

There was a wait when we got there, but we were still seated pretty quickly. Our server was nice and accommodating. It was quite busy but everything still seemed held together. Inside was pretty nice looking too, and the food was great, can't wait to come back!
