It was lunch time so it was busy but it took quite a while to get through the line.The menu has some really great dishes but you can also build your own which is great for people with dietary preferences.The restaurant was clean and so was the beverage area, which was a nice surprise given how busy they were.I look forward to going back

Cava is an amazing. I love the food, but I don't know what's the app's purpose; I ordered online and when I walked in on time, there was a big line. I saw every single one customer who was in the line before me, ordering, and getting their food also before me.. I asked the cashier (the one with two stars tattoo on her left eye) if she can tell me how much longer I have to wait, and she told me know. 15' later, a lady asked the same and she told her When I asked her how come and she can give an answer to someone else but not to me, she told me "you didn't asked that". I'm pretty sure I didn't asked whats the weather outside. Customer service sucks Very annoying!!

My fiancé and I tried this location twice this week, and will be the last. The service at this location is some the worst service I've ever seen at any establishment. The workers seem burdened by the presence of customers in the store and roll their eyes if asked any questions. One specific employee displayed an attitude when my fiancé asked the name of an ingredient, saying "look right in front of you." This was the only question she had asked and there was no one behind us in line, so this comment and attitude did not seem warranted. This level of communication seems to be a constant among the entire staff. The food/portions are great which is why we came back a second time, but the quality of service is the worst I have ever seen. Hope this is helpful!
