Chick Fil A has always been my go to for good-quality and affordable food and great customer service. The customer service has never faltered, but the quality of my food during my last couple of visits has been less than satisfactory, which is unusual. The fries specifically during my last two visits - which have been about 3 weeks apart - have been cold and undercooked. I always frequent this same location because it's the closest to my apartment. This review isn't to deter people from going per say, but more as feedback for the restaurant itself. I've never really had a bad experience at any chick Fil a until these last 2 trips.

It took 25 minutes to get my food after ordering, and it came out cold. They had me pull into a spot to wait for my food, and three other cars who did the same got their food and left before I did. Someone had to come up and ask what my name was after seeing me wait there before they finally brought it out.

My dad just picked up dinner to bring to the hospital to meet his grand baby and the order was horrible, no salt on the fries, buns flat and super greasy, two drinks were wrong and entire meal was missing.
