A sweet young lady with a wonderful smile, named Makayla (name on receipt), took our order. We ate outside since it was a nice day. We enjoyed everything about our visit.

Management was so rude in helping us resolve an issue that they caused. They gave our food away to someone else and when we asked for their help in resolving the issue we were told it was “out of their hands.” We had just gotten back from being out of town and were trying to feed ourselves and our son. PLEASE start verifying online orders and don’t let anyone just grab them. I am very upset and have never been treated this way at any chick fil a.

I absolutely love Chick-fil-A and have never had a horrible experience until now..we ordered food through the Chick-fil-A app, I got a notification that my order was ready and waiting pick up. Then get a call from my door dasher who was frantic and apologizing saying that when she went to pick up the order she was told by the managers that someone else grabbed it and their was nothing they could do. The dasher even offered to pay for the food herself and still make the delivery.We called Chick-fil-A and were told that it pretty much wasn’t their problem and they WOULDNT help us. We asked if they verified the order to the dashers and were told “Our employees our very busy and don’t have time to check that nor is it their responsibility”. I’m sorry, but your customers ARE your responsibility even if they are ordering online. Door dash refunded us the food but, what really bothers me was the lack of concern. I hope Amy, the owner, reads this and addresses the procedure for online pick ups because this shouldn’t happen to anyone else going forward.

It's chick-fil-a, but at this location, they charge for water, and the employer’s can make or break your experience. This particular day, the person who took my order was a little unintelligent in an annoying way. The breakfast buritto was $7 and was super tiny.
