I asked for a gluten free bun one time. my meal came out with no bun, just a piece of chicken. I asked again for my bun and the worker looked at me and pointed to the area where the napkins/silverware are. needless to say, no bun was there either.

If I could give negative stars I would. This Chick-Fil-A at the TCU campus can never get an order right. There is always something missing or something I did not order. A few days ago I went and ordered 5 regular sandwiches for my family that was visiting. I only had 5 people in front of me but took them 25 minutes to give me my order. They kept giving the sandwiches to others before filling my order. The line here is always long because they are so slow. The TCU food service really needs to do something about the terrible service here.

Not as good as regular chic-fil-a - they're just overtly exceptional and highly polished places as a brand. This feels more run by cafeteria workers but they do a solid job for their location's volume of sales. Think chicken nuggets from chic-fil-a: crispy, perfectly cooked, every piece, every time. Here its half of the time you get that perfect bite, roughly. Still tasty though, but lacks that polish that elevates the brand normally. Workers are always friendly enough and highly efficient, but lack that same chipper quality that comes with brick and mortar locations - you will not hear "my pleasure" here. And be advised that the listed hours are often false, with seemingly random closure once in awhile.

Orders are never right- got charged for 4 times reduced only 3. Lost a whole entree. Didn't realize until got home. This is a frequent occurrence. Often items may be wrong ( like got a wrong a salad not the the one you ordered, but at least you got got an item) When buying multiple items ( 4 plus ) always need to check the bag before walking out! Always. There maybe only 2 in your bag.
