The drive thru. Line was wrapped around the bldg., it was difficult to determine where the line started. Service was slow and it seemed to be once I got to the window to get my order. I just got a large Tea on this trip here.

The drive thru is a very poor reflection of the chain. 15 minutes prior to close and employees are inside of the restaurant with their hands in their pockets while cars are wrapped around the drive thru. How about you expedite orders and have your clearly bored employees to run out those orders to get people through this ridiculous line quicker?

I have gone to this chick fil a location 4 times in the last week. I am pregnant and I have had a craving for their waffle fries something fierce. I love the chick fil a sauce and the honey roasted bbq sauce. I am one of those people that will not eat my food without the sauce. The first 3 times, I ordered on DoorDash. I specifically ordered the sauces I wanted. I received no sauce or incorrect sauce all 3 times. I called and let them know, politely, can you please be more careful to look at the sauces we order because for some people that really matters. They apologized, and it was “their pleasure to serve me”. I go again today. I ordered a large fry, with some honey roasted bbq sauce. I drove off before checking the bag. Why did I receive honey? I am so not a Karen, so I’m just going to go to a different location and I ordered chick fil a sauce on Amazon. But I am petty enough to leave this review.

food is generally good, however, we order salads at least once a week. for some reason they are never able to get the order right.The market salad is supposed to come with granola and almonds. for some reason the people putting the order together can never get this right even when I remind them of this. Tonight the order again came without the granola and almond packet. Needless to say very dissapointed.

You’ll find better service at a Waffle House than you will at this location. I placed an order here today for $18.00 and some change via the Chic Fil A mobile app. The line was crazy long of course but I did opt to go through the drive thru as suggested on a paper sign on the door when you place an order on the app. I got to the window and there was a girl, shoulder length hair, glasses, Hispanic, kinda younger that took my information for my order. She asked me to pay the amount again in which I showed her my receipt and she said that my payment didn’t go through. She then went to get her manager, another Hispanic lady, older, kinda short, blonde and brunette hair. This manager came to the window and very loudly stated “You don’t have money” “Your card declined” so loud in fact that people in the restaurant and other cars were staring at me. I said one sec, I’ll pull into a parking spot and call my bank. She said “No your card is empty” but I pulled away anyway to prevent being charged twice. After verifying, the charge had indeed come off of my card and I got back in the long line. I got to the speaker box where I was forced to repeat A C four times before I suggested pulling to the window. I used acronyms like Apple Cherry but was still greeted with laughter and “Huh” “Repeat that” I got to the window and the same girl then tried to charge me an extra dollar in which I showed her my receipt again. She responded with “Oh you’re that girl, hold on” She and the manager then begin speaking Spanish about me, although they were speaking perfect English prior. I again showed her my receipt and the app where the order had disappeared under transaction history. She gave me half of my order and shooed me away by ignoring me. I asked for the corporate number and their names as no one is wearing name tags. She refused and told me I don’t want to give you my name but then said her name was Ash and her managers name was Johanna. I drove away, never to return.

Made a special trip on this visit to take the grandkids for lunch and s as C little playtime on the indoor playground - which was closed :( we did go ahead and eat but the kids were super disappointed.

According to staff, the playground is closed “forever.” Google, update this. CFA, put black paper all over and pretend you don’t have a playground if you’re not going to let our kids use it.Kid-friendliness: It would be better if they let us use their playground.
