I pay $10 for a salad & they don’t allow more than 2 dressings & 2 small charro peppers packets that aren’t even half full. I ordered more paid then they bring my order out telling me I can’t have what I ordered such terrible service & the person that came out to tell me was rude. I do not recommend

Me and my niece come here often. Normally around once a week. Although we love the food and the play area, it’s not the only reason we enjoy coming.The biggest reason we love coming is because of Julie and Sofia! They’re both such sweet people! My niece gets excited to come just so she can see these two! She’s 8. She always greets them with a hug and can’t wait to tell them about her day.We see Julia a lot more. She is one of the most positive and uplifting people I’ve ever been around! As crazy as it sounds you can just tell she makes an impact on people who come into the place. She works hard and is just amazing!We love it here and will always continue coming!
Very satisfied with this location! Never a long wait! The food is always fresh, hot and correct! Y’all never miss! I’d come here over all the other poor service restaurants around.

We went there this morning for a quick bite at the drive through. We were waiting for about 5-7 mins at the window while other cars are getting their orders eventhough they arrived after us. Then we were told to parked at one of the stalls and waited for another 5 mins for our order. Originally, the Western Center location is superb when it comes to service and timely execution of orders. I ordered a grilled chicken copp salad and got grilled chicken nuggets on my salad instead. This location needs training in terms of service and customer satisfaction. I was quite disappointed with todays ordeal and don't think will come back! Should the staff be train and supervise at all times to make sure each location are top notch in service? Or it depends on the manager, shift leader, and trainer of that location to oversee everyday operation? Please explain.....

I understand Chick-Fil-A is great... but at all costs do not give your money to this one. It is run by the most egotistical and unfair franchisee (Scott Pleasants) I have ever seen. He just fired 3 employees for my brother (while he was off the clock, in normal clothes) receiving a free ice cream cone from an employee. Yeah, that's it. Find another chick fil a, or a another place to eat in general. The pay is $10 to work there... so if your looking for a place to work... look elsewhere.

I had the grilled chicken club. It was fresh. I'm not a fan of waffle fries, but they were tender. And THAT Chick-fil-A sauce! Where has that been all my life??
Always satisfied here. My favorite chick fi la location, with the best staff and quality of food.Pramila and Garrett are awesome! Many others as well.

Every single time I go to this CFA I end up sitting with my food behind a car. Stop giving people food out of order. The food ends up cold. I’m sitting here with my food getting cold writing this review waiting for the car in front of me to get their food so I can move.
