Drive thru person was awesome don't want this to reflect on him but the food was horrible including the burnt hockey puck I was given.
I had a rude employee wrongly charge me for a 2 fish dinner when I ordered a 3 fish dinner. So she tried to charge me 5.50 dollars for 1 extra fish when I wanted to be charged for the 3 fish dinner which I originally asked for which is cheaper than adding 1 extra fish. She walked away furiously as if I was in the wrong smh. So I'm supposed to pay more just because she messed up. I'm not coming back.

Never written a review before in my life but I am so appalled. I was coming to get my son dinner after baseball and the woman with the long braids gave nothing but attitude (we come often, knew exactly what we want and are very quick) went to pay, just kept rolling her eyes as if I was a complete burden and then basically threw the box of chicken at me and slammed the drive thru door on us. Gosh, I will never be back! So awful. Canes it is!

I went to this location ordered a two-piece fish Dinner an was up sold an apple pie. I was told to pull forward because my food wasn’t Ready. I waited 30 minutes to receive my order and never received the apple pie. I called the location several times but no one picked up the phone.

Extremely disappointed. I spent a little over $70 and they would not give me any more than 2 packets of serendipity seasoning. He said he was following orders. Just absurd that I only wanted 4 packets total but was denied. Very disappointing customer service.

Came by to get my family dinner tonight. Chicken was warm at best and several pieces were very stale. We ordered the 20 Pc tenders, family size mashed potatoes and gravy, small corn nuggets and 2 44oz drinks. We received only a small mashed potatoes and a quart of white gravy. Not the kind of quality I expect from Chicken Express. The young lady at the window was not friendly at all. No thank you or smile at all. Will be back again but will specify Fresh Tenders. Over $40.
Had a disappointing encounter with a staff member who was unfairly skeptical and rudely dismissive, despite presenting the necessary order confirmation. Felt racially profiled.

Ordered for delivery. Expecting the food to be cold because it's 10° outside so no surprise there. But how lazy and worthless can you be to fill 2 soft drinks up, when your machine is out of syrup. You know they hear the sound the machine makes when the syrup is empty..... you can hear it down the street. Just pathetic. Food, as expected, cold.... but also bland and flavorless. Good thing for the serendipity.

The mashed potatoes and gravy weren't even lukewarm. The biscuits were hard and cold. The okra was cold and not good quality. I ordered a Snack Pack, was charged $8.99 for extra food I did not ask for. I'm going back tomorrow with my receipt to get the charges corrected. Oh, the cherry pies were good and warm.Lisa's Chicken is much better.
