Stopped in to ask the manager for a donation of sweet tea to a local elementary school recently lost their principal. The manager was more than willing to assist me with this request. I feel so horrible because I actually dropped one before leaving and she not only replaced it at no cost but also Was willing to clean up behind my mess. I feel so horrible!

Horrible, seems as though they dropped chicken on the lawn and then fried it. Pieces of stalks and grass in the breading. Super weird and gross. Undercooked chicken, runny instant potatoes and thick gloppy gravy. I'll NEVER go back to Chicken Express on eastchase.

This place likes to allow their employees to steal money from customers and the managers allow their employees to steal money from their customers as well. I was overcharged for a cup of ice and when I told the “manager” on duty she began to become very hostile, screaming and yelling at me and very unprofessional. She made statements saying I’m sick of her and she is getting on my nerves. She even slammed the window in my face. I spoke to the owner and he didn’t seem empathetic to this situation at all. Excellence of customer service is like no where near these peoples minds. Please if you want them to take your money and for them to treat you this way then come here! Other wise dodge them if you can!
