I had to repeat my order 3 times at drive thru, guy at window didnt thank me, got all the way home only to find my order was completely wrong (someone else's order attached to the outside of box), drove back and they offered me my order they put in the "warmer". Had to insist on fresh food instead of the order from 20 mins earlier. No extra compensation or offer to make it right for my inconvenience. Seriously, this is what passes as Chicken Express customer service and quality now?

I went there yesterday and I got food poisoning from the chicken.i ate the chicken when home and a couple of hours later I started vomiting and had diarrhea, All night and morning . I’m in really bad shape I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS CHICKEN EXPRESS EVER AGAIN. The service was lacking people moved so slow.

Pretty disappointed.. this restaurant used to be pretty good but they have fallen off. Fries are always under done... and they don't give you extra chicken if you have small pieces. Just count the small pieces as whole tenders. I paid for 4 tenders.. and did not receive 4

Don't know what's been going on lately with this location, twice now, service took longer than usual and tenders were over cooked and just were not the same, I'm going to be going to a different location for a while hoping that this is just a staff issue.
Fresh and hot food that wasn't raw nor burnt. Perfectly cooked chicken and fries done just right

This is the worst location I’ve been to. The food is always cold from the tenders to the mash potatoes. The roll are hard as rock. Bypass.
