I don't know why it took us so long to try Chicken Salad Chick. There are so many selections and so much seating available that it's perfect for a lunch location. My go-to has been the BLT on toasted wheat with a scoop of the kicking kay lynne and a side of soup or Mac and cheese.We also grabbed the pre-packed chicken salad as meal prep through the week as well and tried other flavors that, of course, were delicious.Go and try them out, you won't regret it.

1st time to try this place. Sorry, but we were so hungry I forgot to take pictures of our food. Only managed to get menu. You won't be disappointed. I tried the basic chicken salad sandwich and really enjoyed it. Will definitely try the other varieties as well.

I ordered delivery for lunch today and unfortunately had a bad experience. I ordered a trio with a cup of soup, a sandwich and a scoop of buffalo chicken salad. To my surprise upon delivery they forgot a scoop of my chicken salad, therefore wasn't a trio, bummer because I was looking forward to trying the buffalo flavor for the first time. To top it off, I bit into my croissant to find a funny refrigerator taste with a rancid aftertaste lingering in my mouth and I'm trying to figure out if it was the pickle or the sandwich or possibly the soup that I had a few bites of. By this time my stomach was feeling a bit queezy. After I took the second bite to confirm it wasn't just my imagination or having an off day I realized the bread was molded as I laid the sandwich down. I called to let the manager on duty to let her know and to ask for a complete refund of the meals as the other meal had mold on the bread as well and she was also feeling a bit woozy after eating it. The manager did apologize and granted my refund so now just awaiting to hit my bank. Just want ya'll to be aware to check your food before consuming when coming here as someone in the kitchen and/or on the floor was not taking proper steps to ensure the quality of the food. Disappointed because I love Chicken Salad Chick and hadn't eaten all day and starving! I have never had a bad experience until this location. I'm a usual at the Carroll St. location. Managers please do your due diligence, please.

Reason for 1 star but really should be 0 stars is while we were eating there we had roaches running around behind my daughters head. I went to manager and was told that they know they have a problem but nobody will do anything about it and it has been going on for a while. Then after all that I figured they would refund my money but NO I get offered 3 free scoops. Like I would really come back. NO THANKS!

I wish the chicken blt sandwich with croissant was warm. After all the people is really friendly and cozy ambient. I liked the food. If you are looking for something a little healthier this is the place!

It's conveniently located in a very busy shopping strip with a Target. Service was friendly, food was tasty, and amount of food was very decent.Parking: Parking is generous and a shared parking lot with other stores.
Came in the first day to a restaurant that was busy but everybody was polite and keeping everyone moving. Before we got to the counter we got samples to try and it was awesome. I highly suggest your first time to get the Chick Trio so you have a chance to try 2-3 kinds. I had the Kickin and Mimi's with the grape salad. All three were very well prepared with perfect portions. The counter staff were very helpful with our order and the floor staff were great also. Will definitely be back and the have a reward program that I think I will be taking advantage of .

Chris was Plucktabulous with super amazing service. He knows the menu and suggested the most delicious and complimentary sides. We were kinda bummed our online order was canceled, but then we never would have come in to be helped by Chris. Thank you for your patience and kindness. He listened and was very attentive to our 3 crazy unorganized orders, and you made everything right. We will now come back to the Montgomery Plaza location for laughs, exceptional service, and delicious food. Great job, Chris
